Girls got a new van and thought she would scratch it if she drove up my drive lol You are in rural victoria and if you cant drive down a 3mtr wide drive without scratching your van , its time for a new job. Assistance on the phone is terrible ,asked what day was redelivery and told i dont know . So i wait around for the rest of my life,thats up to you . Not a transport companys mudflap. Returning my parcel to sender lol Hope you can manage that you clowns. Hope their driveway is wide enough to receive the return . Red curly wigs and big floppy shoes are all the clowns are missing .Receptionist in Shepparton has no interest in customers or her job

5:40 at night,probably couldnā€™t be bothered coming to the front door to knock on the door a ring the bell, just left a note. I was sitting about 3 feet from the front door waiting for the bell or a door knock. Tomorrow Iā€™ve gotta do a 20 minute round trip to go and pick up my item even though I paid for delivery,not very happy at all

Left a card in my box. Was not expecting a par el. Suspected scam so rang them but they wanted all my details so I asked them for the first letter of my last name which they refused so I told them where to get off. Dodgy company.

The service was bloody shocking, your delivery driver sat in my driveway for 10 minutes and didnā€™t even knock on the door, then drove off. Now I have to travel out of my way because your employee canā€™t even do his job. Whatā€™s worse is that I was home the entire time and was simply waiting for your employee to knock on my door so I could collect my parcels. Absolutely hopeless

Shocking service. Didnā€™t leave parcel as directed at the door and then didnā€™t come and re deliver as the option suggested on internet. Then I had to actually drive 40 minutes to try and track the parcel down in Shepparton. All excuse and no responsibility

A great local depot with dedicated staff. Unfortunately a local agent sometimes has to deal with the mistakes of others from within such a large organization and the Shepparton team do there best to handle all problems professionally.

Nightmare to deal with, no one can tell me where my package is and when it will be delivered was due two days ago, no communication with in there own company. Same answer we have forwarded this we sorry we will contact you, and they never do. oh but wait there's more six months on and now they don't even bother to try and deliver they just dump it at the local drop off point and send you a message so you can go get it yourself even know you paid for a service to deliver it to your door . 0 stars if I could

TOLL delivered my parcel to the wrong address several streets over and threw it over the fence. I had the luck that the resident came and dropped it off at my house instead of choosing to keep it. Attempted contact through email and phone with no real response except "we'll look into it". Awful, and somehow worse than FastWay Couriers.

They don't send you a message or give you a call to let you know when is your delivery being made. I called their customer service and they told me they can't help me. Then I called the their local depot and that was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, so rude. How are they still running?

Was trying to return a product from eBay through toll, and had to ensure I get a connote so the seller would pay for the shipping. Been talking to someone on a 1300 number and it sends me to someone with the worst phone line ever! They can't hear me and I cannot hear them. How is a 'professional' business supposed to conduct itself with terrible connections and communications? Been 2 days and no sign of the courier at all.. no 'sorry we missed you' card, and I live within 13 minutes from the toll warehouse in Shepparton.

Terrible terrible, parcel on board at Shepparton 7.30am for delivery 1 hour North. 4.30pm a call is made to see when it will be delivered, advised it will be delivered after 5pm , definitely will be delivered today. At 5.25pm Toll advised driver scanned back into Shepparton, driver ran out of time to deliver, what are we supposed to advise client??? Really!!, some advice would have meant we could have at least driven ourselves to Shepparton to collect. Care factor of Toll and driver appears to be close to zero.

It us not possible to deal with this company, when you parcel is in their hands, tgats the last time anyone will see it. No customer service number to call, no way to track where your parcell is. The phone goes to Philippines, they cant understand anything and the person I spoke to had a phone that cut in and out with every word. It was not possible to get a solution. The parcel that cost me several hundred dollars is missing, the instructions on the parcel were not followed. No care at all. I have checked my business security cam and no delivery was even attempted. Very very disappointed šŸ˜”
