Awful. Time wasted trying to locate my parcel, proved for me frustrating and futile. I cannot fathom why this company and many other Australian Courier Services, have made the receiver's parcel progress an extraordinarily difficult exercise.

Delivery driver will not deliver your package to you while you are at home. They will instead deliver a postcard to your letterbox with no information to retrieve your package. So you call customer service who will tell you someone will call you back in 2 hours. Noone calls you back. At which point to vall them but the delivery driver has gone home early. You will ask how you can pick your package up, they give you the address. The address is fedex who when you call have no idea about their depot's, where they are, who is in them. Sarah from Fedex has no idea about the company she works for. Told me the depot is closed. Then online i see its open. She then proceeds to tell me there no number. Rediculous operation

2 out 2 deliveries from FedEX-TNT FAILED!!! No knock on the door. I'm home waiting for a parcel, after a text message AGAIN. After another text I get a message that " Sorry we missed you,........." Yet AGAIN, I have to go and follow the card LEFT IN THE LETTERBOX TO THE CHOSEN LOCATION. Used to love Treasure Hunts as a child, but this is just a VERY POOR SERVICE PROVIDER, who is taking money, to drop cards in your customers' letterbox's. Alerting the merchant, that this courier service is sub standard. 1 1/2 stars in the google reviews as an average says it ALL!! I would have given 1/2 stars but, that is isn't an option. Reading other reviews there is also a SECURITY ISSUE anyone can use your FED EX -TNT Account Number. THIS IS DEFINETELY AN 1/2 STAR ORGANISATION !!

Absolutely the worst!! Left me a card with no details, went to the closer drop point and still nothing had to wait until the next week and couldn’t even get in contact with anyone. They should just shut down any other company is better then these guys. DO NOT USE FEDEX OR TNT!!! Rubbish

I was ready to write the biggest whinge known to man but I’ve got nothing but complain about. My delivery attempt on Friday didn’t happen as I wasn’t there. Which is a good thing as I wouldn’t want them to leave my packages out for grubs to celebrate valentines with freshly stolen goodies. So I organised to pick up on the following Monday as I didn’t want a miss delivery again. Annie?? I think was a great help in getting me out of the building without any holdups.

Useless service. Missed parcel delivery because of no notification of date so arranged to have it to be redelivered. No human providing service so options took me through to automated service. Advised redelivery would be next day. Waited at home all day and nothing. Called again and finally spoke to a human. Couldn't help as needed to lodge enquiry. No idea where package was. Don't use this service!

I ordered 11 cartons to be moved from Sydney to Central Coast. The cartons were factory sealed by the manufacturer and very well packaged. All 11 cartons were in pristine condition when picked up. TNT dumped 10 cartons on my driveway and didn't even ring the doorbell when this was a "do not leave" service. I rang TNT multiple times and I found their customer service staff to be rude and dismissive. I paid for a service to be performed and they failed to deliver - literally. I asked for a photo of the missing carton (see picture). The picture demonstrates the damage that was done by TNT to the missing carton. Despite the admission that this happened while in transit, they have told me "tough luck". If I want my goods received in tact then I should've paid for insurance. (I booked through an aggregator and the website did not reveal that it was uninsured). In any case, does insurance cover abuse/neglect? I have been offered no refund for the shipping paid and no compensation for the damaged product. I will never use TNT ever again.

Paid $40 for 1~3 day express delivery service. However took me 3 weeks. Also i've called everyday to customer service representitive after 4th day they always say "tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow" after few weeks of waiting ONLY 1 PARCEL / 4PARCELS CAME. unbelievable

Didn't even ring then doorbell before leaving a 'sorry we missed you' cared. Have been home all day waiting for this delivery only to get a text half an hour ago saying no one was home. Phone lines don't even let me talk to a real person about it to find out where the parcel has gone. Lousiest delivery service ever, lazy service that doesn't even ring the doorbell while I'm inside waiting for the parcel. Suckiest sh*t ever and will do everything to avoid using this delivery service again.

Got a call to arrange re-delivery, made sure to stay home for the delivery. Got another call the following day to AGAIN arrange re-delivery, despite being home. I do not mind this so much, mistakes happen, but I didn't even receive so much as an apology, just rudeness. Pick up your customer service! Mistakes happen, at least have the decency to apologise next time instead of being so rude.

Really want to review with NO STARS!! Ordered goods from Greenacre in Sydney to be delivered to Morisset (about 1 1/2 hours away). TNT picked up goods on 7/7. but for a mysterious reason sent it off to Perth. After a few days, I enquired where it was, so they sent it back east supposedly on the 10/7. Its now 14/7 still coming from Perth, but they just don't know. Surely they must know what truck it was put on?, Surely the driver of that truck must have a phone they could call to say "where are you"... But no..... its just all too hard. Just getting ready to drive down to Greenacre to pick up what I need. Thank you TNT NOT!

Lazy delivery driver spent < 1 microsecond trying to deliver package to my house. Package returned to a FedEX TNT facility, no correspondence, no acknowledgement of my on-line request for re-delivery. 3 days later i still don't know where my package is if it is planned for re-delivery no-one answers the phone. Poorest courier service i have EVER encountered. Avoid at all costs.
