I was incorrectly charged. I have spent the last 6 months providing information to assist with a resolution. Still unresolved. I have reached the conclusion.... Fedex/TNT is a basketcase. Their systems are very poor. The staff are well meaning and also incompetent at the same time. In fact, no one has ever responded to me emails and no one has called me back in the last six months despite repeated assurances. I've had a horrible time dealing with Fedex/TNT.
