Have been sent packages several times with DHL and can’t fault them. Excellent tracking and online system, I generally don’t like packages sent to my home due to theft risk and generally nobody is home but when I order goods they don’t give you any other option. I appreciate that dhl offers you the chance when the package lands in Australia to update the details so I usually change it to pick up from the eagle farm depot.

Very reliable express service, also tracking, check the photos or website for shipping fees, if you want it delivered faster to the destination than go to the airport and don't book online

I'm not sure why but DHL NEVER deliver. I'm always home and they just put a "sorry we missed you" note every time. No knocking or anything? Very unprofessional and whats the point? I was expecting delivery yesterday as it said out eith courier for delivery, expect delivery today.... nothing. No delivery. Worst company.

I have ask before I decided to use dhl to send parcel if how long to get there where I want it to go...and one of the staff advice to me on the phone would only takes 3 days to get there but it ended 2 weeks for 10 pages of paper..and I pay too high knowing its quicker...but its just the same as normal post office mail..I'm very very dis appointed and very poor service needs to look at the third party overseas why taking so long not using this again...

Few of my family members never got there Christmas gifts this year 2022..they were waiting patiently for them and only too find out that it wasnt in the box i sent them in..it never made it to them "heart broken" stuff.. believe the items/gifts never made it over the ditch they just went missing/stolen here at the depo...sad#
