Fedex left an expensive watch on a lonely country road 30m from my property boundary. No fence, no gate, no dog. It was missing for several days. I complained. The very next package a couple of weeks later and I get a notification that my parcel was delivered. I was in front of my house when the notice arrived. I walked straight down my 200m driveway and saw the truck leave in the distance. No parcel. If you complain about an expensive parcel being left on public roads expect a vengeful delivery driver to steal your next parcel and mark it as delivered. I will now put a hidden camera in the bush on the public road and set the thieving delivery driver up.

Can’t do their jobs. Was sitting out the front of my house waiting for the delivery because we all know what delivery drivers can be like. No car or truck or any even drives past and I get informed that the parcel could not be delivered and a card was left. No card even left

There is nothing I recommend about their dreadful service and rude driver. The only way we got it delivered was dropping into their office. In future we will stick with using Followmont Transport who always offer us a wonderful service.

A driver lost my package. He gave it to a complete stranger because, in his words, he couldn't be bothered driving to the delivery address. He then forged my signature on a 'proof of delivery' form to try to cover his tracks. He got found out but I am still out hundreds of dollars. Today, I tried to find a different package that was, again, showing as delivered without me having received it. I found a 'sorry we missed you' card in my mailbox. I was home ALL DAY. He didn't even attempt delivery. The best part is he hasn't put the correct tracking number on it so I can't find out where my package is. I'm disabled so I have no way of collecting it anyway. This depot is as dishonest as they come. They fake deliveries to make themselves look more efficient and lie to cover their sheer laziness.

Before you say I wasted the drivers time by no one being home, it would be good if TNT let you know what day the delivery is coming, that way you can be home, like Australia Post does and well in this day and age quite a few delivery companies do already by email or even mobile sms. Don't try and find out what time they are open using there 13 number, no times are listed when you search TNT Bundaberg North. Would be nice to be able to find out if your parcel is already back at their depot so I could do the 60km round trip and get it. I don't want to go and waste my time going there if the parcel is not back yet.

Waiting on an express package, tracking shows it was due for delivery yesterday saying onboard with driver. But at 5:30pm returned to depot. No idea why, I waited at home all day today with the door open. No note or delivery. Says it’s sent back for a second delivery. Again, wasted another day waiting for it. Still has not arrived and unable to speak to the local depot. Just the main call centre which told me to wait another day and if it doesn’t turn up by the 4th day, to call back. Where’s my package? How come it takes 2 or more days to deliver a package in Bundaberg. Seriously, worst customer service, slower than AustPost. Really unhappy and this company is totally unprofessional.

Received a SWMY card to where I work. Left stuck in the back door. Completely blank, no date, no details no name. Called 13 numer and was on hold for 20 mins (since I couldn't quote a Consignment number). Eventually spoke to an operator who could only tell me there are 418 parcels in my area and she doesn't have time to go through them to find out where my parcel is. Wouldn't give me the depot phone number. So basically because they didn't fill in the card, its too hard to help me.

Terrible service. What sort of local business cannot be contacted unless you go through maybe the worst national phone service ever. Poor poor poor. Please consider someone local before you go with this big wig company.
