ORDERED A QUANTITY OF FIBREGLASS GRATES ON A PALLET FROM CAMPBELLTOWN TO BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS ON THE CENTRAL COAST. I HAD A HIAB ON STANDBY ALL DAY AS ARRANGED ,TO UNLOAD THE PALLET. DELIVERY DID NOT ARRIVE. PHONED TOLL , AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO BIG FOR LOCAL DELIVERY AND I COULD COLLECT IT MYSELF. NEXT DAY HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER TRUCK WITH HIAB TO GET IT TO MY PLACE. ADDITIONAL COST ???? $400 .+GST. THE CONTRACT I HAD WITH TOLL VIA THE SUPPLIER WAS DOOR TO DOOR. WHAT EXACTLY SHOULD I THINK OF TOLL?? I THINK STRIVING TO BE REALLY ORDINARY SHOULD DO IT.

Called twice to find out why my parcel was dropped of at a news agency some 3 surburbs away from where I live after the driver made no attempt at delivery. On hold each time for over 10 mins to get promptly hung up on. Finally got someone who was transferring me, who then hung up on me again. Expect me to travel to another surburb in the middle of a COVID lockdown to pick up a parcel you were paid to deliver!

The phones don't work, when I finally got through after being cut off 4 times they were arrogant to deal with, they're supposed to be couriers but finding an address is apparently too hard

Not a good experience. Had to go to depot to get my goods. 7 days Sydney to Central Coast and still didn't deliver it.

Driver just leaves unable to deliver card in mail box. No attempt to knock on door. I was home all day. I needed this delivered yesterday. I called toll at 9am today. It is now 3:30pm i and i called again and i got the same answer both times, they dont know where my delivery is, they will get back to me. Still waiting. What a discrace, poor excuse for a courier company.

a nightmare and when they loose and package for a week they Lie about it until they find it and them blame it on the sender. took us over a week and a half for a delivery from Brisbane to Newcastle and it sat in the Brisbane depot for OVER a week

Chose overnight Priority for a time critical shipment of goods for an event. One item in the shipment went missing and was delivered 2 days later, missing the event. Toll wouldn't even ship the item back to us at their own expense. Terrible customer service. No escalation of the issue. No one else you can talk to.

Toll ( Note please : if the rating system allowed I would rate Toll a MINUS star) Today is December 6th 2017. A consignment to me from Geelong Victoria was despatched 9 days ago It arrived at the nominated delivery address ( Brooklyn NSW - my Marina Berth ) on Monday. Toll had neglected to nominate a recipient ( Me in this instance ). The delivery driver had been provided with my contact details. The driver was also asked to phone me prior to making the delivery - The driver was turned away by the Marina in which I berth because there was not a nominated person to sign for the goods.( me or the Marina Manager) It is now wednesday evening/ 3 days later and my goods are still not delivered. The latest advise to me ( from Toll'' agent) on Wednesday evening is that "" the goods " ( 60kg in weight and over 2 metres long ) have gone missing. It is unbelievable in todays age of computer assisted systems - God help Toll. John Armstrong

never had a good delivery, the drivers are sloppy and careless about where they leave items, regardless of what they're asked to do by the sender and mail service, pathetic, even for a Toll.
