Tolls tracking needs improvement. Your parcel might sit in a depot for a week. Customer service canā€™t help in real time. They canā€™t tell you if itā€™s on a truck or not?? Toll should track like a pizza delivery or Uber. Much better.

Stay clear of Toll. And if you order from some store online make sure they don't use Toll. I ordered something from the Good Guys web on a Sunday. I specified a Parcel Locker address and it went through. They sent it via Toll instead of AusPost because Toll supposedly does lockers. Turns out Toll does not do Parcel lockers. So why did they accept the pickup; the booking has to specify the destination. They should have told the shop to contact me. For crying out loud I could have driven to the store to pick it up, but at 45min one way I decided $10 delivery was more convenient. In any case, when it got to the depot the sorting process for delivery surely would have notice the Parcel Locker address. They have my phone number, but didn't bother to contact me. When tracking showed the parcel stuck at the depot I had chase them with several phone calls. First time I was told to wait; delays, too many packets, etc. No mention of address issue. Second time it was considered late, so they escalated to Priority, and then eventually told me they can't deliver to a locker or PO Box. So I arranged for it to go to a local collection point near me. Hour later SMS says it's too big they can't do it. Too big? Seriously? It's not a couch, or fridge, it's a small vacuum cleaner for crying out loud. So call #3, and my only option now (since my place is no good for delivery) is for me to pick it up from the airport depot. Yep, 30min drive each way. Should have picked it up from the store :-(

Received an email yesterday 10am 'delivery on board'. Waited all day nothing? 5pm called customer service who stated delivery can be up to 8pm on the delivery day. Waited another 3 hours. Nothing! Called this morning apparently driver broke down and no messages sent to customers. I now have to wait for a text message to pick up delivery from the pick up point. Unbelievable wasted time on a day I planned to do a few activities. Thank you Toll

If i could give a 0 i definitely would. Paid for 4 parcels priority overnight. Nearly a week and not even picked up. Its valentines day and these customers will most likely never return to my business anymore as these were gifts! How hard can it be to pick up PAID FOR freight and deliver BEFORE valentines day! Ropeable, Angry, extremely mad doesnā€™t cut it!

Had an email at 9:00 AM (25 Feb 22) that my parcel from JBHIFI will be arriving yesterday and it didnt came. I called the customer support and said my parcel was rescheduled for delivery and returned to deport at 2:00 PM (25 Feb 2022). Very bad communication! I was waiting for the parcel the whole day and no one notified me via sms or email. One star for me! Unreliable service! Not PRIORITY!

So bad oh my, said my parcel would come march 11 when i looked on toll priority it said it was still in melbourne (i live in perth) and i called them and they said it would come in late april. Worst delivery company i have ever experienced and will be telling my family and friends to use a different delivery company. Not happy šŸ˜

I donā€™t normally leave reviews but thought Iā€™d make time for the horrible experience Iā€™ve had with Toll. Paid for a shipment to be collected, but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the very same day to cancel the collection and requested a refund. Of course they came the next day to collect the shipment which was already cancelled. Thrown back and forth from one department to another. One hour later I speak to Lady named Atheena Lai who tells me she will process my refund right away and will take approximately 10 days to reach my bank. 4 weeks later, STILL NO REFUND. Guess youā€™re not priority once they take your money. Iā€™ve been emailing back and forth as I just donā€™t have the patience for another 1 hour call for nothing. Needless to say I will not be using your services again. Toll, I want my refund ASAP!!

Yes, their online system crashed, canā€™t get any info on the parcels but you find such patient, caring front desk staff who will take care of you to ensure your parcels are in your hands. Theyā€™re trying their best and they make do with what they have. I had a pleasant experience.

By far the least convenient delivery service to receive parcels from, if they manage to miss you (Probably not a problem if are home all the time and don't miss it) Missed delivery, received a card, Toll website for missed deliveries down, call the number Have to wait on hold, give card barcode and connote number, only to be transferred to toll priority To wait on hold a second time 'while they talk up their seamless delivery experience' and i have to say the connote number AND barcode again a second time To be told that an alternative delivery locations are not available, and i have to pick up from the airport, which i have to wait for sms confirmation that didn't come until after lunch the next day, For a 'priority' 'overnight' parcel I always shudder/sigh when i find out something is coming through Toll....ughh They make Australia post seem awesome

We had a medical sample that had to go urgently and was told pick up would be today. It didn't happen, no call no nothing. So we called at 5pm and was also told they couldn't track the driver nor ascertain if he could pick up today. So, we figured we would take it to the depot. Was told the depot closes at 8pm when in fact it closes at 6pm. Got there with only 10 minutes to spare. What a farce.

It appears when a Toll driver was picking up a package from my business, they took a second package meant for another courier. Both items were clearly marked with the correct courier paperwork. They signed the paperwork for both items without speaking to anyone in the office. Toll refused to accept any responsibility for this item. Never had a problem previously. Very disappointed.

Hopeless. The driver refused to deliver the package to the Post Office using the new suite service. Australia Post now offer a service where you can have packages delivered to your PO Box using a Suite address. All the courier companies are aware of this new service and it's super easy for couriers to drop it off at the PO (not wait in a queue). For my delivery, I had a driver who refused to do this even though I explained to him on the phone what to do. What a waste of everyone's time.

If there was a lower rating than 1 star then I would apply that. This is the most useless, incompetent and unprofessional delivery company in existence. I will never use them or buy anything from a company that uses them ever again. Could write a story on how utterly useless they are but I simply wouldn't waste anymore of my time with them. DON'T recommend or use this mob. Still waiting for my delivery...over a week late... disgraceful Toll.

Have received items sent through toll a few times and have found them to be incredibly difficult to deal with and their delivery hours require you to be home during business hours. Indication of when items are to be delivered are either non existent or 10 minutes before they arrive. One of my deliveries Was express from within Perth and it took 4 weeks to arrive. Authorities to leave are also not observed making organising a pick up difficult as the business hours given when going through the online process of organising to pick up from the Perth depot are not actual their business hours.
