The person i was talking to really knew his stuff, and not talk about a tool he knows nothing about. But someone who understands you, even though you can't put it in words. They're there for you when it counts. We had bought a part for a tool that had an invisible production fault and they went out of their way to find a replacement for us. Had something shipped in from Mandurah via express so that we could continue the job. Just for the sake of good customer service. Also fitted the new part for us and did a test run to make sure it wouldn't let us down. Just great guys. Thanks again!

Terrible service, I waited more than 1/2 an hour while staff ignored me. Second visit the same, they put a more effort into not helping you than helping you. Do not expect service at all. Then you will be flooded with text advertising. sad.. Go else were.

I can't speak highly enough of the guys at TOOLMART (not to be confused with another tool store with a similar name). I've had several dealings with them and they have all been very positive. They attend to you as quickly as possible and in a friendly and courteous manner. Another Mechanic I work with has had a similar experience. George, their Manager, was very helpful in setting me up with a customized TENG tool kit. I was able to swap out the gear I didn't need for other more useful tools!!! Thanks Teng and thanks Toolmart. When I made a mistake, over paying my bill online, they were right onto it, making sure I got my money back, even before I noticed my own stuff up. Also one of the guys, David, stayed back after hours on a Saturday to help me get my tool box all organized and loaded up! What more can I say......Great "Old Fashioned Service" that is hard to find these days.
