What a phone call - the worst experience l've had so far and l've dealt with DHL personally and professionally for many years. The female staff accused me of arguing when l clearly was not. I was asking for clarification and trying to explain the situation. Complete lack of professionalism - talking over me half of the time with a raised voice towards the end and really emphasising her words as if l didn't understand plain english or anything that she was saying. Replying with 'l CAN HEAR YOU CLEARLY' when l said l wasn't able to hear when the line was cutting out. There's absolutely no need for rudeness. Please put your frustration out on someone else, not the customer.

DHL was very delayed with response, my parcel was on board with a driver one day then at 7pm tracking was updated to say it was not delivered. The next day the parcel did not arrive again as promised by their customer service advisor. i wasted 2 days waiting for this parcel as it was signature req and their contract drivers are horrible. yet to receive my parcel

If a customer asks you to deliver to a specific location, then it is expected those delivery instructions are followed. I don’t want my parcel going around to different locations especially if it contains fragile items. Or if your driver is going to attempt delivery at the listed home address, please leave it at the door and do not take it back with you. I don’t want to be writing this review, it’s a shame, because every other DHL delivery and customer service I’ve had in the past has been good. This incident has now tarnished that somewhat.

Refer to online pick up service is unreliable. Cancel the booking for pitvk up the parcel due o the data can't recognize the destination address. So far it has been 8 days no refund return. I have sent the parcel through Pack&Send it's cheaper and took only 5 days to get to Cambodia from Australia. Contact retail team the answer always different. Not recommend this service at all.

Frustrated and Disappointed with how they manage with my package! they have to change the scheduled date of delivery, then receive a text message saying that my package was on its way! i waited for the package, only to receive a text message again,saying that no one was home?! when in fact i was at home waiting! called up the customer service! saying that i have to wait for another day to claim my package! what a waste of time!

After spending $150 to have some parts shipped from the Usa I was happy to see it moving quickly. Despite covid, within 3 days it was in Sydney! That’s where the service ended. Despite a delivery by cob Friday note the order wasn’t moving. Called dhl and they said because they were busy it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday!! So 3 days to get picked up, travel through both international customs and travel half way around the world but 5 days to get a few kms in Sydney! With the useless service I called and requested to pick up. Went in Saturday and had to wait over 30 mins despite calling Friday and telling them I was picking it up. Very impressed with DHL overseas. Absolutely disgusted with dhl australia. Will not be using again!
