Very bad service. This company likes to blame everyone else for their terrible service. I had a parcel arrive 1 month after it was scheduled to arrive. You pay so much for Express service and don't get it. They also don't take responsibility for the items in the package that are ruined from their bad service. When you complain and they say they will call back they never do. It is a real shame as the people in their facility in darwin are excellent. Save your money and sanity and use some other service

I ordered a package from England last Friday. I was able to track it throughout its journey to me in Darwin, lodged on Monday 18th, arrived on my doorstep 14:30 Friday 21st. Thats 5 days and welcome service. I will be using DHL instead of Australia Post for all my parcels post requirement in future. Australia P:ost takes the same time for an ordinary letter to go from Darwin to Katherine (310 kms)
