2 packages sent at same time, both came up as being delivered to their warehouse in Bridgewater and both were then meant to go out for delivery. 1 was lost and it took them weeks to find it even though they knew which facility it was in. It finally arrived damaged and now two months later they are still telling me they are looking into it. They also said I was out of door to door delivery area even though there site doesn’t mention anything except that they do door to door delivery. They refuse to supply a map or point me to anywhere that outlines which areas aren’t covered. They will deliver to the post office which is about 7mins from my house but not to my house. When they leave it at post office it comes up on app as delivered not dropped at post office. The complaint they still haven’t resolved they originally kept telling me the driver was contracted. Maybe he is but he’s contracted to THEM making him their responsibility. First they said he was away and they had to wait to talk to him about damage, now 2 months later they’re telling me they are waiting to talk to his manager. Surely as the company who’s name is being used they can offer a solution or reimbursement without talking to the driver etc?

They had one job: pick an item from a Hobart shop and deliver it to a close by address in Hobart. Less than 5 km away. I paid 25 dollars for express and the item took a detour to Melbourne somehow and it's been days in delay. Hopeless.

Star Track Couriers Took three weeks to get here the forward courier did not want to take this delivery so sat on it until a complaint was made. I only received the item after making a formal complaint to EBay. Complaint one day delivery the next day. It appears the item was delivered to TNT Launceston depot and was not forwarded by TNT. I am an extra 2 hours from Launceston.

Hopeless !! Tracking a parcel from Adelaide, showing that it took 3 days to get to Bridgewater Tasmania via Melbourne. 11 days after arriving at the Bridgewater depot, still no delivery. Apparently it's with the 'on forwarder'. Asked which courier it's assigned to and they can't tell me. Trying to run a business here and getting crucified waiting for deliveries. 1 star is flattering these people.

DO NOT USE!!! Star Track turned up at the house to pick up our moving boxes (for interstate delivery). The van they sent didn't have enough space to do the pickup, despite knowing there were 9 boxes to pickup. Assured me they would be back. Never turned up. Spoke to 4 customer service reps within 4 hours of each other, who assured me that they would turn up that day, they DID NOT. Then shipment was rebooked for the following work day (Monday) without informing us, despite the fact that we won't actually be in the state. Customer service reps completely unhelpful, unapologetic and complacent about my predicament. Used a third party to book star track (Fast courier) which was also shockingly bad at communication and solving problems.

Fail to pick up my parcel twice, now I'm experiencing large delays receiving a parcel. Don't waste your time, use toll or AusPost instead. Customer Service will not directly contact the depot and will not assist you beyond raising a serivce ticket.

Poor service, said my items were delivered to Bridgewater TAS, but I’m in South Hobart, literally the other side of the city, When ringing to find out what had happened to the items, stated that their would be an investigation to what happened to the items. This outfit may have a slick outfit and owned by Australia post, but WOW, talk about incompetent. One of the items was a Christmas present costing a lot of money, I am very disappointed in this service and won’t be ordering from the vendor who uses this delivery service either.

Is this place some sort of charity or sheltered workshop? They are literally useless. They refused to deliver tickets and couldn't tell me why, the address is correct and human readable. I was forced to use these clowns by the ticket company, I would never give them my business knowingly

Very poor service. We were home and the delivery person left a card saying it went back to the depot. I rang the depot and they seemed very helpful saying the parcel would be there by the end of the day. I rang the next day and they said it would be there that day. It still hasn't arrived. It is now the weekend. They are medical supplies I need.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, they damaged an important parcel and returned it to the company that sent it, didn't inform either sender or receiver of the damage, when we called to find out why the delivery had not arrived they wouldn't take any responsibility for the non delivery or damage and implied the sender had damaged it before they sent it!!! (complete rubbish, we deal with the sender everyday and they are a very ethical company). No refund or resolution. The package has had to be replaced at a shared cost between us an the sender. local drivers are very good and helpful but DO NOT SEND VALUABLE PARCELS WITH THIS COMPANY as they will not take responsibility for their mistakes!!!!

Always consistently repeatedly terrible. No tracking for packages that enter their vortex from other carriers beforehand. They fail to knock / ring and just leave cards. Instruction cards informing you that you can pick it up from a post office don't always specify the day that the package will be available, and never the time. Do not use them directly to send packages your end customers will have a bad experience.

Cove hill is not star trak express (the post office is the express part ) Covehill is the trucking part that comes from Devenport to Hobart usually large parcels that come by ship not plane. I am happy when my parcels come through them they are not all crushed when they arrive

Um... a package that is left to sit at a local depot for a 2-3 days rather than be delivered? Sorry guys but there are a bunch of good freight carriers that offer reliable express and/or overnight delivery. Startrack is not one of them.

Are you kidding me? My parcel was returned to Sender after processing with no explanation other than "call sender". After a lot of running around on MY behalf, turns out they "couldn't find my address" (mind you I order online all the time and this has never happened) no call to find out if address was incorrect or anything even though there was a number provided. Mind you, turns out address was NOT incorrect. Very, very poor effort. Not happy. Just want to get my postage and will never use this service again (wouldn't of if I had of had a choice in postage company) The 2 star rating definitely speaks for itself.

I would not use this company at all again, some of the senior reception staff are incredibly rude, the organisational skills can not be commented on as there are none to speak of. It has taken nearly 3 weeks to organise the delivery of a parcel. Very very poor service.

Hi StarTrack. Yesterday your service said the boxes would be delivered by 5. Then later in the day said as one box was in a different depot, both would be delivered today, by five. Three phone calls today, reassured each time the delivery is in the van, definitely delivering today. Well it's ten after seven, and I'm confident you won't deliver after dark, or tomorrow or Sunday. So underwhelmed. I'll be contacting the vendor on Monday, and asking them not to use this company again.

My item has been sitting at your Bridgewater depo for over a week according to your call centre you are trying to find the right vehicle to deliver it? You would think a freight company would have the right vehicle to freight items. Its only a tool kit. Was told it would be delivered yesterday, but you guys were a no show. Hopeless.
