No ability to contact about a delivery that was meant to arrive on a Friday then scheduled and only by tracking noticed it was coming Saturday to my business address. I went and waited at the business until 6:05pm and then watched via our CCTV and nobody arrived. Assuming a redelivery on Monday we went Christmas shopping on Sunday. It turns out you tried delivering on a Sunday and your business is not open on the weekend. Now returned to warehouse for no access. 2 days late and outside of hours and didn't turn up for first delivery. Awful service.

Not a great experience dealing with this dispatch. Maybe try giving some customer service if not, communication is important.

We had a collection today for a faulty product. I could probably say if it was a race to ring a doorbell and exit the property Hunter logistics would be number one. Maybe wait 5 mins for people to get to the door, absolutely the WORST

Parked in front of the building and went to the construction site next door, when my building literally has the address on the wall. Took me 1 month still can’t receive my parcel. Called the customer service and told me it’s has been over… yeah this service should be over
