Split my delivery and only delivered one item. Can't provide timeframes for the other items. Call centre staff are trained to just say the standard 'we are sorry, Ill create an investigation for you'. There is no ability to actually resolve or provide answers. I guess they at least have tracking!

Cannot get my parcel delivered was told 3 times there was no access to my address but yet I had other parcels delivered from other companies the same days ! Operations are no help all I asked for my parcel to be taken to the toll collection point and now they are saying they have to check with the sender if it's okay. It's my parcel toll is a joke and needs to be shut down

I had a large parcel due for delivery on 29th June for which I was at home all day. On checking the tracking number later that day I found the comment that delivery had been attempted but because no one was able to sign for the parcel it was returned to the depot. NO CARD was located in my letter box; under my door or on the front door mat. I then immediately ran Customer Service and requested re-delivery the next day. Nothing arrived. I then contacted Customer Service again and eventually another seven times before the parcel eventually arrived three days after the initial "attempted delivery". Very frustrating and very unprofessional. I will never use any company who uses Toll as their carrier.

Horrible Horrible Horrible (Call Centre) Called four times, each time lead me no-where. Each time, they failed to provide me any information in relation to how to pick-up, transferred around on the phone. Last person transferred me to a sales department where I had to pay to pick-up my items, the second one wanted me to create an account online so I can get an email when I am able to pick up my item, third said my package was in Port Kemble, than mentioned I'll make a request for you to pick it up, and she hang-up on me. So I took my arse where I found ENGLISH speaking staff members of TOLL, and took me less than 5seconds to collect my 4 packages. Staff Members at Port Kemble are Great. The call centre staff overseas, don't understand English or our accent. Useless

I have the exact same experience as some others in this review thread. I work, I missed the delivery but have a "Sorry we missed you" note. No information WHERE to pickup my package. First call (yesterday) I am clearly talking to an offshore centre or somebody struggling with the English language. I need to wait for an SMS - there are two venues for pickup and she wasn't sure which one. I was walked through a complete update of all my contact details. Fast forward to today. No SMS. I'm, again, walked through updating all my details. It is quite clear this is script following only. I again need to wait for an SMS, despite my protesting that I have not received an SMS. This time I was told the collection point, but it would be available TOMORROW. This was unacceptable to me, so I asked where I can pick it up TODAY. I was told it is at the Depot and will need to wait for an SMS. The agent could not give me the address to the Depot. This is unbelievably bad service. Be warned!

This company is a joke! Understandably, all delivery companies are being bombarded at the moment so I expected a delay. What I didn't expect was the lack of professionalism, communication or the company errors made. Toll received my package in its Sydney depot on the 17th Sept. It took them 3 days to send it to Wollongong where it remained for 24 hours before being sent BACK to Sydney! It was scanned back in to the Wollongong depot the following day (22nd sept) at which point I sent through an online enquiry. It took them nearly 2 days to even reply asking me to describe a package that have never seen?! I followed this up with a call on the 24th in which I was told they would have to speak to the depot and try to find it and hopefully it will be here next week. No eta on arrival, no promise to contact me with a follow up, and said no to refund of the delivery fee for the hassle. Lets see if this package ever actually arrives and if so what sort of condition it will be in.

I work. A card was left. No address as to where i could collect my item. Phone number provided was for some foreigner in sydney who couldn't speak english. Told me id get a text as to when i could collect my item with the address. Wouldn't tell where it was so i couldn't just turn up and collect the item i own that they are holding. What a joke. Toll. Your a joke. Will never use you. If i order simething now ill ask who they use as a courier. If its you then i will not purchase anything from that business. Thats how bad my experience has been with your company. How are you still in business.

Not good my items were put on the truck 2 days in a row and not delivered went back to depot I had to call twice for it to be delivered and this isn't the first time this has happened. I don't recommend them.

Second time the same thing has happened to me with deliveries, where i bought an item with a estimated delivery time and the company decides they don't want to bring me the item on the specified days even thought the tracking shows the item being there. The first time five years ago i bought an item i needed for a trip away and they sent the item from liverpool area to wollongong 3 times over a couple months until i went and picked the item up from the depo myself. Since the day this happened to me, i have avoided buying anything with toll attached as the delivery company and if i ever seen their name as the delivery company i would make sure it isnt an item i needed on time. This time i needed a bed to be delivered before the time i moved into my place or otherwise i would be sleeping on the floor. Luckily i saw it was toll early and called the 2nd of three days that my delivery was scheduled and made sure to clearly state that i was worried about not recieving my item on time and that i relied on it coming before or on the scheduled date. The phone operator assured me that it would be out for delivery on the last day which was yesterday, I trusted the worker and waited on the bed from 6am-530pm at my delivery address (place of work) to find out midday that they hadnt put my order out for delivery. I used my reference numbers from the day before and told them i really needed the item and once again (as i assumed would happen) toll let me down and i slept on the floor. not happy.

TOLL IPEC MUST HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. REDIRECTION STATES 48HRS - SO FAR IT IS 144HRS OVERDUE AND NO-ONE CAN PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ALL THEY SAY IS SOMEONE WILL RING. (I NOW HAVE A NAME KIERAN) BUT CANNOT CONTACT!!! I THINK I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HELL TO FREEZE OVER BEFORE I GET AN ANSWER OR A CALL BACK. I AM CONSTANTLY RINGING AND LODGING COMPLAINTS ONLINE TO NO AVAIL. DO NOT EVER USE TOLL TO DELIVER - PARCEL DELIVERY DATE WILL BE THE END OF THE WORLD AND THEN IT WILL STILL BE LATE!!!!! STAR RATING IS A DEFINITE NEGATIVE!!!!!!!

Deserves no stars... I would not buy from anywhere who use Toll express as their postal service. Called a local number was put through to someone who I could not understand was given the run around. Was told I could pick it up in 24 to 48 hours. They suck big time!
