Came in this morning to the Rockhampton depot, after many attempts to get someone's attention a employee named Mark came out and abruptly abused my partner while his 3 year old child was in his arm. Attempted to make a formal complaint though a management twice already no worker seem to be any help what so ever. Worst experience I've had with a postal service.
