Worst customer service and delivery experience. I actually cannot believe how poor this company is. Lied about attempting delivery of the package, then sent it to an inconvenient post office with no notification to the sender. Over a week later when called would do nothing about it and would not accept liability for non delivery or organise a re delivery. If you have options use any other delivery company. AusPost you need to regulate the company you own better.

Waiting the entire day for an express package in which cost $17 for express postage... Tracking details stated it was processed in Sydney and would arrive the following day. Waited all day at home with no updates on delivery status. Never arrived. Following day the status never changed. Was still on delivery for yesterday. Well... yesterday came and gone. Still waiting. And this item was a replacement to a package sent from startrack the week before in which I wasn't home and they took it upon themselves to sign for and left it on the front porch for anyone to steal ($1,700 worth) and the package was crushed. It was a signature item not to be left unattended. A service in which I paid for. I've submitted multiple complaints though it seems the company backs the drivers. There is no discipline implemented to their drivers and that's why they continue to do what they like. This company needs to be privatised/bought out and run by someone who will implement discipline if you go against company policy and procedures. Until such is implemented, drivers will continue to do what they like with customers parcels. Startrack is nothing but a company full of lazy employees throughout it's entire chain. They couldn't give a toss about your parcel.

Pitty I had to travel to pickup my item as StarTeam left a not to say it was returned to depot then 3 phone calls with different answers then I asked for a re delivery that day the driver went to the wrong address and was told it was not their item it again was taken back to depot then 3 more phone calls of different answers again they could not get my tracking number to come up the 4th call found my tracking number and was then told it was at 51 seargents road minichinberry not to say that there are so many StarTeam depots in the area but number 51 was not shown on street signage so with several depot visits I eventually found someone who directed me to the correct depot so what a messed up day

After the delivery failed, the courier left the card, and you can choose to deliver it again or go directly to the warehouse to pick it up. Because I wanted to get the express delivery quickly, I chose self-pickup, but there was no step to inform the location of the self-pickup point before submitting the application, so when I submitted the self-pickup application, I found that the self-pickup point needed to drive for 30 minutes! Therefore, this needs to be improved, and the customer should be reminded of the location of the pick-up point so that the customer can judge by himself.

OMG these guys are useless. Left a collection card. Drove to Minchenbury.... “oh, we’re attempting to deliver again, it’s onboard with a driver”. Just leave the parcel per instructions or have it where you say you’ll have it!!!

MOST CONFUSING PLACE TO PICK UP PARCELS FROM. No clear signage directing customers where to go for pick up, barely any customer parking and just an absolute nightmare to navigate. 0/10 would not recommend. Also, have to arrange with StarTrack to pick up a missed delivery, and then have to wait another 15 minutes once you get there after you’ve literally already arranged for pick up. The irony is that StarTrack will not leave an EXPRESS delivery at the local post office, but instead will return it back to the depot and make you pick it up, thus turning an “express” item into a DELAYED ITEM.

On Thursday, I had a pair of $300 boots delivered. The instructions were to leave on my doorstep. StarTrack left them up on the street where anyone could take them. Today, I had them leave a “Sorry we missed you” card, when I’ve been home all day and we have security cameras at the front door, so I know they never even attempted delivery. On top of that, the man on the phone didn’t care and sounded really annoyed that someone was making a complaint. Laziest couriers ever.

Not all postal delivery experiences end well but this one did, thanks to the staff at the Minchinbury depot. We had ordered a special effects light for the school concert based on the premise it would arrive on time. Despite shipment being delayed and issues with the automated message system, Leah from Star Track did her best to ensure it was transported to the nearest depot on time and called me at each stage to let me know its progress. The children loved the stage lighting and the concert was a huge success. I must say, talking to a real person rather than a robot made a huge difference to customer relations.

Ordered a parcel for next day delivery which would have been Saturday, I waited the whole day, only to wake up Sunday morning to have a message on my phone saying attempted delivery at 2am Sunday morning, and I was unavailable (Um yeah I was sleeping!!! Duh!!!) you have got to be kidding me RIGHT!!! I’m so annoyed!!!! Because I actually needed these purchased items for my sisters wedding and, thought nxt day delivery would be reliable. Rang the company which it connected me to the emergenCy number, whom a lady answered and basically had a go at me for calling early on a Sunday morning. Sorry that you answered your phone from your bedroom, how the heck was I suppose to know that!!!?! And how your unprofessional company works!!!?!? She didn’t even offer any help just straight up said it’s Sunday morning and I don’t have time for this!! basically told me, to contact the retailer!!! Umm pretty sure the retailer pays your unprofessional company to DO YOUR JOB!!! ARGHHHH!!!! it’s just so frustrating when you pay for a service and you do not receive the service!!!! Like if your going to offer a freakin service please provide it, don’t disappoint people and waste their freaking time!!!! To all retailers/anyone really don’t bother wasting your time going with this service!!! I’m so angry!!!

Biggest Scam, would avoid as much as possible for delivering services. No way of notification, not even a knock. Improve software and add methods of tracking for courier transports to increase credibility of the service. In the mean-time I stress on why this business still exists.

Horrible Service, Paid for express post, my item was picked up from the dispatch centre in the morning and which is 30mins from me and then was meant to be delivered the same day which is what i paid for. The item was not delivered, instead it was taken back to the Minchinbury depot which is a bit over an hour from where it was picked up from. The item has been picked up from the depot the following day set for delivery which i still have not received and have now wasted 2 days waiting for an item i could have picked up in 30mins rather than wait 24 hours. Because of this i have not been able to do any work and this company has taken money for a service that they can not provide. If you have the option, find a better courier company who can stick to what they promise.

Could not organise a brawl in a pub with free beer let alone delivery of your goods. After 2 failed attempts and a month and a half waiting I still don't have my goods. Takes an hour or so for the clowns to answer the phone and they still can't organise a delivery. They have lied to me a number of times and said that my goods will be delivered within 2 days and still no delivery. Do not trust these clowns

No idea why it wasn't just dropped off at a post office (like normal) where I could pick it up. Now it's costing us to redeliver. The only ones benefitting here is StarTrack.

Avoid this courier when sending large items (e.g. guitar, etc). I’ve had a couple of bad experience with Startrack. Their drivers are lazy, will drive in your area but will not deliver. They will just update tracking with ‘attempted delivery’. I was at home the whole day expecting delivery and never did the driver attempt delivery. Then when I checked the tracking they updated to ‘attempted delivery - no one in attendance’. I would suggest you contact your seller to avoid using Startrack. I think this bad practice is systematic in Startrack as this bad experience was not isolated.

My second experience where Star Track has been absolutely terrible. The card left today by the driver is not legible and doesn’t say where my parcel is now. Its location cannot be found using Star Track’s ‘Missed Delivery’ website. After reconfirming shipping details and using the ‘track an item’ app, I discovered that the parcel is now at a Star Track depot location at Minchinbury 39.7km from my home, from where it will now take around an hour each way for me to collect it. Why wasn’t my parcel just dropped at my local post office? What a nuisance and how disappointed I am.

Avoid this company! They don’t bother to ring your door to let you know the parcel arrived. I only found out by chance that the parcel was delivered outside my front door - the driver didn’t bother to ring to let me know, even though I made sure I’m at home to collect it. This is unacceptable behaviour, I live in an area where parcels get stolen all the time. This is beyond poor customer service.
