Horrible customer experience - has taken 3 weeks to deliver from Hobart to my place which is less than 50km. Package has been onforwarded to local transport company which is only 10km from my home. This happened 2 weeks ago and I still don't have my package!

every time a delivery comes via TOLL, there is a problem. every effing time..Rubbish customer service & delays seem to be their specialty. AVOID
