I missed my parcel 10:54am yesterday. I made a call 4pm to request to pick it up myself. Then waited for a notification to allow me to collect it. I got a message to collect my parcel at 10:10am today. Then I collected it at 4pm today. The staff are friendly and communication is very straight forward.

Only open between 9am 4pm Monday to Friday. I mean the local post office is open 8:30am 5pm.. Monday to Friday Saturday to 12pm. I think Startrack can do better that that.?

I have only one piece of advice and that is to knock harder on the door. I have been home all day and just missed the delivery because I didn’t hear a knock. I'm not well but now I need a trip to the post office. Have never had a problem before thankyou

StarTrack [ST] are, without a doubt, the worst performing company i have had to deal with for a long, long time. My troubles commenced when i ordered an item from Melbourne which was entrusted to ST for safe delivery. Initially, ST attempted to deliver my package to the house while we were out. They left their card and i called the number - 2 options - schedule redelivery or collect from the depot [over 60 minutes round-trip for me]. The main issue is their insistence on quoting '9-5 on a business day' as their only delivery option. I agreed for next day delivery and waited home all day - nothing [not even a card that time] - checked their extremely poor tracking information online - no new information following the failed delivery the previous day. So, i called them once again - very sorry, not sure what had happened, can rebook delivery between 9-5 tomorrow. I was unwilling to hang around at home for another full day to be disappointed and elected to make the trip to the depot. I was then informed that it would take up to 24 hours to organise the depot pick-up and not to go to the depot until i receive an email. Got the email and made my way to the depot where i was greeted by the most miserable, brusque staff member. Once she had the consignment number from me, she disappeared to get my goods while i stood outside in the rain. She returned 5 minutes later with my package on a trolley - it wouldn't fit through the counter window, so she opened a side door to give it to me - i had to carry the large box about 100m to my car [in a customer parking spot round the corner] in the rain - no offer to wheel it round on the trolley for me and, importantly, no request at all for any identification!! ST needs to offer better delivery time options - i understand that providing precise times is impractical but at least narrow it down to morning or afternoon. They should also train their customer facing staff better. I will never willingly use ST again

Disgraceful operation! Zero reliability on delivery promises. Understand delays through tough times but there shouldn’t be any excuses for giving the false timing twice from the LOCAL port! Services like this shouldn’t exist

Very few parking spaces for customers. I couldn't find any nearby spots...and was told wait till another customer leaves... When I did find a spot I was it way out was a bit weird, reverse and turn. Anyways, the dude issuing the parcel was super helpful. He went ahead and brought my item on a trolley, to where my car was parked.

Disgusting liars who make deliberate attempts to obfuscate, and avoid fulfilling their obligations. Advice to anyone with issues; make a complaint via the POSTAL INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN. This actually works, and unfortunately, it's the only way to discourage bad actors from exploiting parcel recipients - and generally acting without honor. Also, make a point to mention to their bigger clients (eg Apple Store, online shops, etc.) that they should consider switching to another courier.

What an absolute disgrace. I had ordered some items to be delivered to a friends place over there in Perth and had never experienced such a negative level of customer service and lack of empathy. Furthermore I had been closely looking into this there someone was lying about the delivery claiming that they never did attempt to deliver which is a shock and that's just poor customer service overall. I would strongly reconsider using them in the near future. They should not keep people who misrepresent their business, anyone caught in the act doing so should be replaced with genuine staff who will do the job and see it through, ensuring customer expectations are being met. No excuses unless its within reasonable grounds.

The company I work for have been using startrack for many years but one day they just kept cancelling pick ups without telling is they no longer pick up the pallets we sent out , so now we think they are the most useless couriers in Perth and probably Australia and we would not recommend them to any business at all . Very poor service.

Worst customer service and reliability. Try every other possibility before using this company. Truck came without con note, then when I called to find out what was going on, the driver had cancelled the booking. I tried to book another pickup and was told I missed the cutoff by 1 minute. Not very helpful at all. I can see easy improvements to help this quality of service.

The worst courier service I have seen in my entire life. If there was zero stars, I would definitely choose it. Someone dropped a parcel card at my letter box and didn’t even bother to communicate and ran straight off. I took the card 2 days later to the depot all the way near the airport and they said we can’t give it to you you without calling customer service first. I called them while I was at the depot and they said sorry we can’t do it today as they advised they will re-deliver next day. I asked what time and they said it will be anytime during the day and I discovered it was a big lie by the customer service representative as the next day I stayed home all day and no body came. I called again and they said sorry we can’t do anything as it’s Friday , so leave it until next week. StarTrack lack respect for time and commitment to customers. Their system is worse than third world country systems. I can’t believe that such a company exists in Australia, and I will report it to Dell company as they are destroying their image by delivering through a bunch of amateurs.

Delivery man claimed to have delivered the package while I was home ALL day long waiting for it. I also have CCTV on my property and it did not register anyone coming during that time. No "missed delivery" card on the mail box either. Wondering if they bother coming at all. End up driving to the airport to avoid waiting any longer :)

Disgusting customer service rang to have parcel redeliverd, was told next day delivery , come 4pm rang again it was sitting at a post office waiting for collection . I work from home so there's No way I can miss a delivery , they don't give you a chance to answer your door.

I could write a long, detailed review about how bad my experience has been with these guys, but they don't deserve to waste anymore of my time. I don't understand how such a simple process can be made so difficult. Hopefully I can save someone a pointless mission to the airport depot. If you were left a missed delivery card - don't try redirect it back to your postal address, even if you tick the box to leave it at the door. Also, do not just take the card they left you to collect from the depot, to the depot. Register online to collect it from the depot, and wait for a sms for it to be ready (None of this is explained anywhere - I'm hoping the witch at the service window if right in saying this). Anyway looks like they wasted more of my time with this essay - mahalo

As Star Track are owned by #Auspost i would expect a little better service but no, my parcel was on board for delivery on 30th July, it was returned to Perth Airport Depot the same day. Tracking tells me it was scanned on the following days : 30/7, 5/8, 10/8, inquiry lodged 12/8, inquiry lodged 16/8, scanned 16/8, 17/8. I finally went down there to talk to someone, you cannot speak to management if you don't have a appointment. ***Complete bad customer service. The ticket office personnel were the only helpful people as they went and found the parcel and collected it so i could take it home. Apparently Auspost items are given a low priority by Star Track so much so my freight sat on the loading dock for 3 WEEKS. If i have any choice STAR TRACK will never get my business. EVER.

Terrible delivery guy, he always park inside my private car port instead of on the driveway with his big van and when my car port is closed he just keeps banging on my car port door so RUDE. When I told him not to do park inside my garage he just ignored me with no apology. Terrible Attitude".
