After being let down repeatedly by our usual courier service in a semi-rural location, I was recommended Aramex. When registering a new account, the staff (Eliza and Samantha) were so helpful. I also met with the local courier driver (Kerry) who had a big smile and very friendly demeanour. All involved went above and beyond to ensure our package was collected on the same day - outside their usual pick up area. Really hoping this is the start of a very positive courier relationship! So far so good ! in fact great !!

Im an avid online shopper and in all my years of dealing with delivery drivers today I had the pleasure of having Gordon deliver my really heavy items. Initially I was concerned that I would have to lift the boxes myself or that they would be left outside unattended however Gordon called me upon arrival and did it with ease and such professionalism!! Amazing service, very polite and such a wonderful help! He did all the lifting and put my boxes safely in my garage. Thanks so much Gordon!!! A++ Service!

After speaking with a customer representative from Aramex they moved heaven and earth for me to fulfil my client's obligations and expectations. Aramex did everything possible to ensure service upgrading went smoothly and without a hitch. Their tracking, notifications and follow-up personal customer service were exceptional. Because of their assistance, met deadlines, price and customer service, I have no hesitation in recommending Aramex for transport deliveries. Five Stars Aramex. Terrible service. Package not delivered on specified day. No contact from Aramex, I called them. The issue was partial address, an error on their side. Advised next day delivery and that all details were updated. Rang in the morning of new delivery as tracking showed no delivery for that day, was told it was left off the truck. Told they would call me back, advised was now on truck and was to delivered. Rang in the afternoon as checked tracking, saying it was undeliverable. Said they would call me back. Nothing, getting late so I rang again, was told the new label did not print the address properly and the driver did not have my number but didn’t call the office to get my number so didn’t do the delivery and now too late. Have left a message for the Operations Manager to call me…. I hope my package gets delivered without being damaged.

The people I spoke to on the phone were so friendly (I think I was expecting to be told to bug off) and helpful, one even made a call to the driver to ensure I would get my package in time. I'm super impressed.

Terrible Service, driver delivered to incorrect address and was not sent back to pick it up. No Apologies and complete disregard for the customer. Also no financial compensation. We moved all of our deliveries to Aramex as we were having a little trouble with Australia Post, but, we are going back to them as they at least cover costs if it is their fault. We are very disappointed with the lack of responsibility this Company takes and also the lack of service, I had to follow them up every time. If I could I would not even give them one Star.

Delivery drivers keep leaving parcels on street. Once they left a huge box of pet food almost 500$ worth on the driveway, outside the gate. Complaints are not being resolved, it is just keep happening. I do try to avoid Aramex delivery at all costs, but some international websites, unfortunately, using this company without informing customers. Today mentally disadvantaged delivery person again left my box on street in the corner between moving gates and a brick wall. When I’ve attempted to open the gate to leave home, box blocked them. Was a challenge to squeeze in, remove the box and get out of my own property. Just to be fair, even Australia Post doesn’t leave parcels outside the gate. Aramex is a terrible service!!!

Be very careful with checking the addresses that they will actually deliver to. Apparently some postcodes in the Gold Coast "they only deliver to certain addresses as it's too far away from their local depot". This is despite us being less than 10 minutes from the collection points that they offered that we now have to drive to in order to pick up the parcel they have been paid to deliver. Not a major deal for us but if you were old/infirm/sick then not the best customer experience - would recommend using another courier if possible...

I avoid using Aramex, but for reasons unknown some sellers on eBay continue to use them. Every time a package gets sent to me via Aramex (Fastway) I get the same text msg saying my address is outside their delivery area, I am a 15min drive (8.6km) from their main depot in Molendinar. They once asked me if I could pick up from a collection point in Canungra which is 20 minutes past my house from their depot. I then usually get asked 3 times via text to agree to the package being dropped at a more local collection point. I say YES every time me get no response. If I’m lucky, 3 days later it shows up there with no notification. I have to keep checking the tracking to see if it was delivered. Horrible tracking and horrendous customer service. Please stop using them!

In response to the owner, dont feed me some glib cut and paste response. You say this to all the others who have had similar negative experiences, AND its STILL happening. Scroll down at the other reviews. This is not the first time. why am l waiting another week because you only deliver in my area once a week???? Really unimpressed. Parcel wasnt not sent for a week because of "inaccurate street address". Told it was already on Gold Coast, l could go and pick up. Then told it would arrive a week later on Wednesday. Rang them to be told it was still in NSW. I would have to wait until next Wednesday because they only deliver in this area once a week. Appalling customer "service". And l paid for this? Even Australia Post does a better job (well sometimes). Definitely one to avoid.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give Aramex a 1 star review. They are absolutely horrible. My father was supposed to have a parcel delivered over 2 weeks ago. It has been at the Toowoomba Depot since the 25th of July (now the 9th of August). I called 3 different times and were speaking with overseas call centres which have been absolutely no help at all to me. I asked each of the 3 people I spoke with to transfer me through to Toowoomba, they all told me that they couldn’t as they have no way of transferring it at all. I then asked how they could help me and each one said the same thing saying that they would send follow up emails to me and keep me updated, which still to this day my father and I have received nothing. I decided then to drive to the Toowoomba Depot myself. There were 3 receptionists there that I spoke with (who were all lovely and very understanding). I waited for about 30mins whilst they were trying to locate the parcel which resulted in me being told that they could not find it, the delivery driver couldn’t find it on board his van either and they told me they would contact me on Monday (7th of August) and if they found it, it would be delivered to us on Monday. I was also told that the delivery driver that had my father’s package picks and chooses what parcels he is delivering and was spoken to the day I went to Toowoomba specifically about my father’s package by management I’m assuming in regards to why he hasn’t delivered the package yet. I was not contacted nor did we receive the parcel. I’ve called Aramex again today (9th of August). I rang twice, and again I was speaking with an overseas call centre. I asked both of the people that I spoke to if I could be transferred to the Toowoomba Depot, which they responded with no just like last time I called. I then asked if they could transfer me to someone in Australia as I really just want this sorted, and of course, they said no. So at this stage, my father has still not received his parcel, we have no idea when we will be receiving it.. if we even receive it at all and will definitely never ever be choosing Aramex to deliver parcels again and I’d highly suggest to anyone reading this, don’t chose them either unless you’re happy not receiving your parcels/parcel.
