Will not have toll deliver anything to me again, absolute chore to deal with. Overseas call centre are completely inept, will only repeat script until you're tired of hearing it. After the first failed delivery attempt, called to have it delivered after 3pm for the next day only got the driver to arrive at 9am. Organised for collection the next day only to have the driver attempt delivery at 8:30am the next day. They had no idea where my item was, I informed them that it was out for delivery (saw on front door camera). While trying to locate item, was lied to by customer service about who the driver was and that there were no collection points he could drop it off to. Now I'll have to pick it up after the weekend, a week after expected delivery date for express shipping.
