Will not have toll deliver anything to me again, absolute chore to deal with. Overseas call centre are completely inept, will only repeat script until you're tired of hearing it. After the first failed delivery attempt, called to have it delivered after 3pm for the next day only got the driver to arrive at 9am. Organised for collection the next day only to have the driver attempt delivery at 8:30am the next day. They had no idea where my item was, I informed them that it was out for delivery (saw on front door camera). While trying to locate item, was lied to by customer service about who the driver was and that there were no collection points he could drop it off to. Now I'll have to pick it up after the weekend, a week after expected delivery date for express shipping.

delivery driver couldn’t find my address, they didn’t attempt to call me or contact me at all, a second delivery was never reschedule, I have been calling for a month to get my item delivered, all they say on the phone is “it will be reschedule for tomrorow” and it just never happens. 2 investigations have taken place and all the response I get is that I need to wait, they don’t give me a time frame, they just said that they don’t know when this will happen, first delivery was schedule for 14/10/2021, today is the 15/11/2021 and I still have got my parcel

Driver literally forgot to pick up the package. Toll customer service said they had no intention of doing anything to ensure the package was delivered by the initial due date, even though it was entirely their fault. Do not bother using this company if timeliness is a concern to you. Once they have your money they do not care about the service they provide.

I am extremely disappointed with Tolls customer service. Every time l spoke to them l felt that they were reading from a script. They were two weeks late and they didn’t care. I do not recommend at all 😡

Outsourcing customer service to the Philippines means absolutely NO customer service. Being placed on hold until you hang up is their tactic. Worst customer experience ever.
