I don't understand why you would drive to someones house with a package only to drop a card in the mailbox saying "you weren't home so we are going away now." We were home, and waiting near the front door. There is a car in the driveway you have to see it when you are dropping of the pre filled note. Do your driver's have note leaving KPIs or something?

Terrible experience as expected. Hopeless pick up service they provide. I have been arranged a pick up service from other company of a return item and startrack driver never turned up to my house but updated their system saying customer not responded. I put a big notes on my door to callback on arrival and also left my door open along with multiple calls to startrack customer care to find out the ETA of driver. They made me feel helpless all the time through out. Customer care doesn't provide enough information neither do they know what is happening behind the scenes. All they know is the driver has accepted the job that's all. this is not how you run a delivery business. hopeless. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE ALL THIS HASSLE, BOOK ANY OTHER SERVICE APART FROM ** STARTRACK**. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Sick in the headā¦the worst courier service in the world. Received a text message at 6.15pm stated they will deliver my goods between 6pm and 10pm, but the goods didnāt turn up until 1.12am (yes, might night 1.12am) where I have gone to bed. The next day I received another text message at 6.52pm stated they will deliver my goods between 6.30pm and 10.30pm, but they didnāt turn up until 12.15pm where I have gone to bedā¦..they didnāt even leave me a note, the next day they emailed me to advise they have return my goods to the Senderā¦What The ā¦?

Utterly atrocious. Ex-Sydney delivery stalled in Melbourne depot, then when finally expedited was delivered to an unknown receiver who signed with a bogus signature and the delivery was lost. Strongly recommend completely avoiding StarTrack.

There are no parameters expansive enough, to measure the inefficiency and stupidity of this organisation. The only nice thing that can be said after 5 "card left" fails, three on-line requests to "leave without signature" fails, a demoralising battle with the "voice recognition" phone disservice, and four phone calls to actual people, is that when I drove for 90 mins to Tullamarine, grinding my teeth, to "pick up from depot", Sylvia, the receptionist was nice. One star for that. In Darwinian terms, it astounds me that StarTrack are still alive.

Should the government ever sell off their portion of this company itāll go under in a day. My review is based on countless experiences with star track and the below is just another similar experience I continue to have with them. I have been waiting at home since 9am due to an onboard delivery; it is now 6pm. I have genuinely waited and wasted my day off in fear that if I miss this package I will then have the spend 3 hours on the phone to a automated customer service and then drive from the south east all the way to Tullamarine 7 days later to finally pick up a package. Oh and you can bet the service desk at Tullarmarine is just as joyful as this waiting game Anyone looking to buy items online, please review these online stores and urge them to stop using Star Track, or if they have another option for delivery take it; I only wish I had that option. I have never given a bad review but this was the last straw.

Swift and Shift on SBS is a factual documentary of this organisation. You simply cannot beat the incompetence of this 'business' when it fails to deliver to an internally owned facility with details from its own custom delivery form. Just give up guys, sell the lot to the Germans or Americans.

A delivery service that uses a WORK FROM DEPOT as their preferred way of WORK FROM HOME model. The service desk person told me that I suggest you yourself pick it up otherwise you will end up calling us again if you set up redelivery. More of a pickup service. 2 days later now, I got no call/msg as to when I can pick it up. All I know is my package is still in depot.

The reviews are absolutely correct, they don't deserve the 1 star. What a shocking experience with them today. They delivered my urgently needed parcel to another address this morning. After wasting my time in the phone with them answering their irrelevant questions, they were refusing to give me more detail as to where my parcel was left, they were constantly asking me for the colour of my door but were refusing to give me more detail as to where my parcel was left and what colour that door was, to say that after putting me on constant hold THEY HUNG UP and never bothered to call me back after getting my number and email!! Thankful to my sender that was able to email me a photo showing more detail as to where it was delivered. Especially with Christmas around the corner, if you value your delivery DO NOT USE StarTrack, save yourself the anxiety and time, trust anyone else but this mob. Disgusting none existent customer service š š¤¬

Star track is the worst. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Waited 3 weeks for important documents I had paid extra for express post and was told it would take 1-3 days. On the parcel it said do not fold in large letters and yet it was folded in half and stuffed into letter box

Contractors are lying about attempted delivery, not ringing doorbells then not scanning in "attempted" delivery slips, so you can't call the depot to arrange pickup because the slip details don't exist. They get paid per attempted delivery. Just gaming the system, and the phone line has a 30+ minute wait on it at all times. Try using the automated system and it says you'll get a call to arrange pickup, and hangs up on you, then you'll get another "missed delivery" card left somewhere in the next few days. Beyond useless.

I have spent 20 minutes trying to reminder the time format that I used last time to be able to get a booking in, something like 10:00. Through desperation had to ring the after hours service, at least you had one. We finally sorted the time with 10:00:00 heaven knows why you need to get your pickup time down to seconds & why they simply can't leave an example on the site to follow! but then we had multiple issues with what is being collected. It is just some documents, I chose the fist section that seemed appropriate, art folder, that didn't work, we then chose A3 Envelope. PLEASE sort the issues with selecting a time & item! This issue has been here for YEARS & I have asked every time I have spoken to someone in your call centres & they just brush it off. I have now had to waste another 20 mins of my work time writing this email. On the feedback site, the system won't accept the phone number because I put spaces in it the way a phone number should be added & then noticed my email won't be accepted because it has auto filled in caps, unbelievable. Have you ever even used your system because it is rubbish! so I'll remove the spaces from my number & rewrite the email in lower case. I seriously should have spent this 20 mins looking for another deliver service. The final kicker is if the recipient is not home, they return the item to you & charge you DOUBLE for the trip back!

On Friday I saw my parcel was arriving soon, so I called the service desk to double check if they were going to do delivery on Saturday, because we were planning a one day trip. The operator told me they definitely won't make deliveries on Saturday. BUT actually they did, and no one's home. The service desk even didn't know if their company do deliveries on Saturdays, what a joke. I have waited the whole day at home on Monday, the re-delivery didn't happen. Called the service desk again, said they'll make the re-delivery after 2 business days. What the........

Less of a delivery service than it is a clown academy. Had a phone delivered from OPTUS, showed delivery guy my ID, he said āit's expiredā which would be an issue if I were driving but I wasn't. Said he couldn't leave it with me without additional ID, even though my ID confirmed my identity and he called me on the intercom at my apartment (who else would answer?) Was so rude to me. Also on top of that, he didn't send it to the post office for me to collect when I could find additional ID, he literally sent it back to Sydney. You had one job, guy.

Worst courier company. Tells lots of lies, makes promises but no action. Marked as delivered but no delivery, tell me itās delivered to the wrong address days later even though signed for. Promise delivery today but end up with a tracking update saying now next week. Ring customer service who tell me the courier was too busy and couldnāt get around to it and will open an investigation which can take up to 7 days. Not bad for an overnight delivery. Major problems. Luckily they will mark it urgent, what a joke.

StarTrack Courier is a disgusting and irresponsible company. They do not have access to the mail room and they cannot leave the parcel to local post office. Delivery man cannot wait for 20 seconds after they ring the buzzer of my apartment and the re-delivery attemp cannot be made next day, but the following they. If you spend extra 10 dollars on Amazon to get the express service, you get some StarTrack Courier service and what you will get is one of the most doggy service in the entire industry. Also, I am not sure the relationship between startrack courier, startrack and Australian post. However, when I call anyone of them, they do not recognize others company.

It is the only courier company that wont deliver to my house and goes straight to the post office. Its a 30 km 40 minute trip. My closest post office is 5 minutes away yet it never goes there.

Has to be the worse delivery company I have ever dealt with. I totally understand that there is a lack of manpower as it is in every industry. But after 2 whole weeks of no update, I had to be the 1 to continuously call and request for an update that is essential non existent. Investigator could not even track the parcel that was meant to be express and TRACKABLE. They could not give you an solutions at all, so you might as well don't contact them. If you don't receive your parcel at the expected time just assume it is lost. Don't waste your energy. Would highly not recommend their service.

Believe the hype people! Star Track are absolutely useless! No matter what I do they will never take my parcel to the post office for collection. They always take it back to Tullamarine and try redelivery. I work all day im not home. Also they never knock, if you don't hear that van pull up for 30 seconds and the take off again you aint getting your parcel. ATTENTION BUSINESSES!! Anyone that uses StarTrack I refuse to buy from you anymore. Star Track needs to be burnt to the ground!

EDIT - This was sorted out and was literally at my door that afternoon of posting this. Although it shouldn't have happened, the final resolution was VERY quick. Thank you ST! Where to begin, firstly an error at dispatch so time sensitive item was sent to NSW instead of where I live in Victoria, after days on the phone with customer assistance, who I must say are very nice and helpful, but it seems the ground staff just aren't upto it. I was garuanteed a delivery today (12/12) after paying over $200 in fees (through UPS, their subsirery) and yet what do you know, it isn't coming today (it did - see edit). Oh and these are time precious items, Christmas gifts which I have made clear, so I'll be going tonight to the Christmas Party, no gifts in hand (I had my gifts :D). Anxiety is sky high. Not good enough, but still seems to be the best of the lot, maybe FedEx slightly higher.

If there is a minus, then I would give -100. You book for the re-delivery of an Express Post Parcel and the re-delivery did not happen. You call the next day and the staff on the service desk cannot see why the delivery did not happen. You were then advised that it is on-board for delivery. You asked the staff on the service desk to message the driver to have the delivery to delivered by lunchtime as no one will be home. The staff on the service desk advised that he has sent the message to the driver and ensure that the delivery is expedite as urgent. Guess what, the dude did not rock-up until 6:15PM and no one is home and left a miss-note .. Is that their attitude for urgent and expedite delivery???

Absolutely useless. Didn't even bother to knock when someone was home. Only a card was left - that doesn't even allow you to use the missed delivery service on their website, so now you have to call the flogs and try fix their mistake.
