Terrible service!!!Never deliver to our address, even with premium service. Sender gets charged for delivery. But it never gets to our address. Either kept at depot f50 km away) or delivered to post office, with notice coming usually too late in the day to pick up. No one answers phone at depot and StarTrack customer service is terrible as well. Use toll much better service.

Unbelievable. Didn't even knock on the door, was home all day with doors open. Driver put a "sorry we missed you" slip in mailbox and left. Now having to wait 2 days to have it redelivered! Rubbish service!
