Amazon delivery, 1st time left parcel at bottom of shared driveway easily seen by cars or people that passed by120mtr away from house, also no protection from the weather. Called them and was told they would talk to driver. 2nd time same thing but this time parcel was stolen!! Called Aramex and their answer was to call Amazon and get a new order. I said why should Amazon pay for their incompetance, their answer was that Amazon has insurance. What a joke, we have never had a problem with other companies delivery service to our house!

Terrible local service. Items purchased online, including delivery and Aramex Northern Rivers refuses to deliver...to an Alstonville address! Not a one off incident either, numerous times this has happened, yet on other occasions they have delivered here.

Fastway Couriers should be called NOWAY Couriers They refuse to deliver 4 Km from the M1Freeway. They do not call to say they have a delivery to arrange an alternative drop of point. They simply send my packages back to sender.This is the second time in the last month this has happened. Head office of Aramex should be finding another courier to sevice this area properly. Do Not Use Fastway Couriers of Lismore.

This service does not deserve even a one star rating. They only deliver to selected areas, sit on your parcel for 5 days without contacting you and then return it to the sender. Surely 3 k's off the motorway on a good road in Byron Shire is not too far to deliver. Office staff not very helpful nor do they offer an apology, just excuses.

Absolutely useless courier service. Quite happy to take the money for delivering items however getting them to actually deliver is impossible with this service. Several times now on different deliveries we have had to track down our own items. There is never any contact from the courier company stating they have attempted delivery which is a lie. Always have to chase up and retreive packages from the depot. Not good enough! And stop with the automated response and correct your failings..

This company had my parcel and did not notify me. I followed up with the seller who provided me with a tracking number, when I called the Goonelahbah office and they informed me that they do not deliver to my area of Byron Shire, and were in the process of returning my parcel to the sender. They were in possession of my parcel for 1 week, My phone number was clearly on the postage label. I think they may be responsible for two other undelivered purchases that were returned to sender this year.

Don't support this business! They steal and lie! Was given a notice to pick parcel up from network video Lismore and it wasn't there. They lied! I tried to call them about it and no-one would answer.
