Helpful staff. Expertly loaded a long (2.1m) heavy item onto my trailer. Strictly enforced Occ Health & Safety procedures. Good to see. If you pick up from their depot bring a high vis vest as they're running low due to customers retaining lent ones.

If you miss their delivery, and want to arrange an alternate collection, make sure you get a flask of coffee and sufficient food to see you through the 28 phone transfers and lengthy waiting on the phone before you actually speak to anyone who can help. The card left with the number advises you to use a web link to arrange alternate delivery. Go there and it says the number isn't recognised. Have been transferred to at least 7 different people, none of which can help. Would not recommend them if you need something in a hurry
