Waited for 4 days, each day a driver alleged to have come and nobody was home. Even waited outside and not a single truck entered the street. Called customer service who provided no solution and couldn't tell me when a driver would actually arrive.

Toll don't actually deliver. I have cameras on each of my premises and they've never showed up. No calling card, no notice, no delivery person. I have to call every time to pick up at the depot or it'll cycle through bogus delivery attempts weeks and months on end. I haven't ever had a normal experience with Toll and go out of my way to avoid stores that partner with Toll. I question whether their business model is just not to deliver. They really ought to be investigated for breaches.

Every time I buy something online and get a message that Toll is in charge of the delivery I know there will be a problem. This is the worst delivery company ever. I wish businesses would stop using them. Is a nightmare for customers! Just had to drive an hour to pick up a parcel that couldn’t be left on my porch as it had to be “signed” I call the company that I made the purchase on and they said it was not true. Got there and picked up my parcel from the lockers outside, without signing or showing any ID…

ZARA Australia uses this company as the courier which doesn't deliver ZARA service. ZARA always has same good service as its products. However, by using toll discourage me to purchase online then. 1. Toll couriers don't reach out of the receiver at the address. No phone call, no ring bell! I had been home for whole day but get nothing except the "sorry we missed you" card. 2. They prefer to leave "sorry we missed you" card and re-schedule another delivery on another day (increase company's management cost). 3. Right after I received the card in the mail box, I went to the toll online under my parcel added comments "please leave the parcel indoors near the main gate". 4. The 2nd delivery went to another address 5km away from my home for no reason, no sense. The nearest Zara store is 10km away from where I live. Why was I bothered to buy online if I am able to travel. 5. Toll Customer service are always busy. While I was on the call, I online chatted with Zara instantly and they will assist to contact Toll . 6. Finally, I got toll CS on the call but couldn't help at this situation because she said "the product is delivered even though it is DIFFERENT address." She recommended me leave there for 7 days so the parcel will return to the toll Depot. Then I can go there to pick up. In summary, I probably need 14 days to get the online order which all caused by terrible service.

So unbelievably incompetent. I called them for the umpteenth time about a missing package. Said I had enough and would go to the facility to pick it up myself as I needed the package urgently. Believe it or not, 30-40 minutes after hanging up the delivery man was at my door with my package. Either something fishy is going on or communication between customer service and Toll facilities is incredibly lacking.

I will give negative 10000000000000000000 stars to Toll. My parcel containing the traditional dresses for my Nephew for his first birthday bash and the important documents was lost on the depot. - The delivery driver call me on the middle of the day( so called attempted delivery date) saying that he has the parcel. I wasn't at home at that time, so ask him to leave on my front door or leave on the toll collection point from where i will collect the parcel. With all of his pride he submitted on the system, delivery refused and take the item back to the depot with out any information no sorry we missed you card. Couple of days later, i receive the message to contact the toll to arrange the delivery or pickup. Since I was 8month pregnant, I requested to redeliver the parcel, (Which was my terrible mistake). I waited for my parcel to arrive for 4 days and didn't see the sign.I was tracking the parcel 100 times a day it was scanned on the depot but no information after that what was that scanned for?? delivery? or to throw on the Bin? On the 5th day i call the customer service and requested that i will pick up from the depot. Then they advise me that depot will contact me with the details of the deivery location with in 24-48 hrs. I gracefully waited and contacted the call centre few times a day to get an update. On 7th day of so called attempted delivery, they advise me that they couldn't locate my parcel. It looks like the toll depot have eaten my 33kg parcel without burping. I am not sure for how long we have to wait to get the parcel. which gives me tremendous stress and anxiety which is hampering me and my unborn child. Plus we are so, dissappointed that our Nephew's photoshoot was ruined.
