Toll, absolute hopeless service. I ordered an item online shipped overnight Melbourne to Canberra (great) then spent 13 days in their depot in Canberra. I called twice and nobody could tell me where this package had gone. When they delivered it and I told the driver it had taken 13 days just to get across the city he just made a joke of it and said wow that must be some kind of record!!

Just arrived at work, saw one of your drivers at 9.25 this morning come out of Tralee St and drive straight across the road causing another car to slam on his brakes. Turning onto Lanyon Drive this same driver forced a guy in a Nissan Patrol of the road because he decided he wanted to change lanes so this other guy had to get out. The other guy nearly ended up in the rear of my car but chose to end up on the traffic island instead (thankyou I hope you got his rego plate number). This driver of Toll is a legal killer on the road, if I or that other guy had been injured he would have been the type to argue it was our fault prove differently. This driver has the mental capacity of a five year old and I bet he was the school bully as well, what is your problem did your mum not breast feed you, you are fortunate you did not kill anyone this morning. GET HELP BUDDY Cause you are a complete jerk... And to your bosses, this happened 9.25 the 11 of March 2017 this morning on the Monaro Highway.
