UPDATE 27/12/22: A week after the last email, they sent me a “sorry we sent your package back to the sender because we didn’t have your address” as if I didn’t already give them the address MULTIPLE times. Ugh, I feel like a Karen and don’t normally complain but this whole system was infuriating! Aramex - sort out your customer service! BUSINESSES AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Package was shipped 28/11/22 on time (same day of purchase!) by sender. Aramex claimed they were “unable to deliver” on 2/12/22 and gave me no indication as to why or how to get my parcel, despite them servicing my area. I tried calling and emailing to which I got no reply/ no one answered. After over a week of sending emails and calling without reply (including the sender who called their rep) they said they didn’t know my address (which is weird because it was on the package and on my order receipt lol) but after an update they would deliver within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and still nothing. On Thursday 15/12/22 I eventually reached someone on the phone and the lady told me to “shut up and stop talking and you will just get the package when you do because I’ve told the courier and can’t do more”. I simply asked for an ETA. I said given it was supposed to be delivered on 2/12/22 I expected it within the next 24 hours. WELL, it’s 19/12/22 and still no update or reply from Aramex. I tried calling again and their line is busy. I’m so disappointed because money has been so tight and I wanted to get just one nice thing for my daughter for Christmas. Thankfully the sender was wonderful and supportive and refunded me. But DO NOT USE ARAMEX. EVER. Absolutely pathetic customer service with no guarantee you will ever get your package.

While the delivery was fine, they disregarded the delivery instructions to ring the door bell. We are always home but they simply dumped the package at the door and left. Ring the bell or at least knock firmly so people know to check the door. With covid people are home so let them know a package has arrived.

Dont use them, if you call Amazon you can request not to use them. They are slow and they deliver stuff damaged. In 20 years the only time I have had issues is with this courier.

Why bother rudely knocking in an impatient manner if you’re going to point at the parcel you dumped on the doorstep and state “there’s your parcel”, glare and walk away anyway? This is the second interaction with the same person who appears to be trying for a person best in irritation.

Absolutely terrible. Item posted on a Monday and it say on the fastway website that it will take 2 days to get here, it’s now Friday and no package, I’ve called the driver and he informs me there was a box of parcels missing and that I now won’t recieve it until Monday. Item in the post was needed as a birthday gift this weekend and now won’t have it in time. Normally we use fastway as a courier at work but will no longer be using them for any purpose.

Absolutely disgraceful...it has failed to provide the online company with and details Re my delivery I was finally told my parcel will be delivered on Friday but it's a public holiday. Deplorable to leave customers without their packages. I have advised the company who uses this courier to no longer do so.

Appaling service. My package was sent to the wrong location, when I called, they could not help directly and directed me to an online form that they claimed would not be investigated for 48 hours. The package was meant to be delivered in 2 days, but it has been a week and I have received nothing. 1 star is too generous, but it is the minimum for Google reviews. Do not use this company for your delivery needs.

Used once will never use again. They are not fast as name suggests. Delivery from suburb in Vic to another town in Vic nearly a week too slow. The company is a joke how can it take over a week. Parcel is held at depot no calls no nothing promise delivery on a day no show.

I notice a lot of negative reviews for Fastway but this has not been my experience. I have been receiving over 10 parcels a year from them for a few years. In that time I have had 1 breakage and no missing deliveries. Not perfect, but a reasonable strike rate.
