Absolutely useless, if i see an online site is using fedex i will think twice before buying again, i left my slip out the front of my house and asked for it to be left at the front door the 2nd time and they still came and took it back to the warehouse Also the warehouse is an absolute pain, i ordered online to have it delivered for a reason Their call centre is horrible too goodluck getting a straight answer out of them Aus post muchhh better

A total disgrace. After being on hold for more the 45mins which I hung up after I arrived at Carrington warehouse. Newcastle today after my son received a call that he had a parcel to collect. On arrival at the warehouse, i explained to the young fellow, he asked for a consignment number, i explained we dont have one, as we received a call saying we had a parcel to collect, he was not helpful at all & not prepared to help without a consignment note. He stated the computer would not know anything without a consignment number. he was unable to use the company name or anything to find the parcel. As I have no idea where is came from so am unable to get a consignment number. But the young fellow was totally not going out of his way to help anyone. A shocking place to deal with.

This review is 100% for the two drivers I deal with: Mark and Rick. Mark is my regular driver and he is superb. Cannot be more helpful and has ironed out a tonne of stuff-ups caused by incompetent customer service. Rick? Well he went above and beyond in picking up two pallets that the same customer service person had told me he had cancelled because they were not assigned to a driver and they were incorrectly booked. That bad information from “Kieth” led to a very long, angry phone call and with me being abjectly disgusted with the way the company is run. And just when it looked like all had failed tge driver turned up, scanned the items, and they were still in the system, helped me correct an issue, loaded and got it all happening. Seriously, these drivers are amazing. TNt/Fedex customer service is ridiculous. Seriously needs a massive overhaul as they give misinformation and create bigger issues for their drivers.

I could not get to the door to sign and was left a card to arrange a re delivery or to leave without a signature. The delivery con note number wont be accepted on the site so no can do. That was wed. Have now been told i will have a redelivery freekin monday because that suits the courier? I have had a double knee replacement and can hardly walk and they expect me to get to the door quick enough. Bad servive and wont go out of the way to deliver. Thought FedEx were to fix TNT. NOT SO!

Got a text saying my parcel was out for delivery. Waited patiently by the door then received another text one hour after the initial message saying that I have missed the delivery. Like for real? My whole family was at home and cars were parked in the driveway. A delivery card was left stating that my parcel would be return to the depot without giving any reasons to the missed delivery. Someone clearly wanted the penalty pay rate on a Saturday but too lazy to put in the actual effort.

Someone was home all day! pallets and gear to be collected were visible from the street and the garage door was open all day. Driver recons no one was home, it's clear by the reviews this company does not have any interest in improving their customer service.... do not use this company for your services, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED and it will just cost you time and money.

Home all day, and still found a note saying I had to collect at the centre, bloody ridiculous, I now have to wait and go into town to pick up my parcel. No one knocked on the door. I assume they just put the note in my letterbox and did a runner, seems other customers have had the same issue. Was on the phone to customer service and all they said was I had to wait until my parcel has returned to the local centre and they will send me a text message when its ready for pick up.

Although I am happy with the quick delivery. I am very concerned that the courier knocked on the door and delivered the package without wearing a mask (I am trusting this was just an oversight). We are in a covid hotspot (with the depot also in a hotspot) and there are regulations for wearing a mask in public. Please remind your drivers about the REQUIREMENT on wearing masks to protect the public

Always say they attempted delivery when, in fact, they never do, making delivery as inconvenient as possible almost every single time. Their customer service reps don't seem to know what's going on either and are about as convincing in their faith in the company they work for as the actors in one of those Real Life Insurance TV ads. If you want something delivered, anyone else is more professional!

Seriously the worst frieght company in this country has taken 5 days for a shipment to come from Sydney to Maitland and when I've tracked it the package has gone through Maitland twice in 2 days and 2 days later still not delivered. I suggest if you want anything delivered in a prompt and timely manner TNT FedEx would be last company I would use absolutely pathetic.

Went home and there was a note I rang up seeing if I could pick it up and they text me the address went there and gave them my paper. They couldn't find my package so I told them what it was they found it and it was undamaged. they are helpful on the phone and on person.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to get hold of a parcel that FedEx are holding after missing a delivery. Back and forth phone calls asking for them to redeliver with days going past and nothing happening and then when I ask to to pick up instead I’m unable to without a 24hour request. Such a stressful process to retrieve your parcel. Not a happy customer.

I suspect that the people with complaints are often the majority that write reviews and that people who get good service move on without writing about it? I had a bicycle sent from Perth to Newcastle and it was delivered in three working days. I was on the receiving end and dealt directly with the staff at TNT Carrington. They were super helpful and very keen to please. You could tell their priority was to get the package to me as fast as possible and were keen to fit in with my needs. I would definitely recommend TNT as they were well priced, had good tracking and assisted me with the delivery/receipt of the package.

Could not be more disappointed with a delivery company. We paid a lot of money to have 3 pallets delivered express and They didn't show up on the day of pickup. I called and re-arranged pickup for the next day. A driver showed up with a mostly empty truck and then said that he had to leave and drop something off before he had room for our pallets, but that he would be back. He never came back and he left an internal note saying it was international freight so we would have to rebook. IT WAS VERY CLEARLY GOING TO VICTORIA! the customer service staff are amazingly nice, but they can't actually do anything, so speaking with them gets us nowhere. We still haven't had our items picked up and it has been three days. Go anywhere else, this is the worst freight company in the country.

Booked and paid to do a pickup of box for delivery today between 12 - 4 is now 6:20pm no pickup yet and there is no way of contacting them tried contacting them at 4pm and then the TNT National office who said that the have no idea why the box is not picked up and can't call them direct because are closed..... What a joke, very fast in taking the money...

I avoid using TNT/Fedex where possible due to multiple bad experiences. The most recent was last week where an International Priority Fedex parcel which I had paid a small fortune to be delivered from Hong Kong quickly (a car part I needed urgently) sat in the Carrington warehouse for 3x days with a status saying "not due for delivery yet". I live literally 2km from the warehouse. After 3 days of waiting for the parcel to be delivered I went down to the warehouse to collect it myself, which in itself took the staff about 15 minutes to find it. Bloody hopeless.

No-one in a customer service focused business can afford to partner with a logistics company that offers such poor customer service or non-customer-Centric, customer service mechanisms. I will NEVER use these guys again. I will never order from someone who uses this logistics firm again!! The terms “Customer Service” and “TNT Express” should never be used in the same sentence except to demonstrate an oxymoron in modern society.
