I would give them negative stars if I could. We a pickup appointment for a parcel yesterday 9-11am which they missed. I called and they said the driver will call when they arrive. No one showed up the entire day. I rebooked pickup for today, they claimed they donā€™t do pickups before noon so I wonder what I was waiting for the previous day! Today they booked pickup between 1-3pm where again no one showed up. Upon calling the person who answered was quite rude and when I asked for tracking or driver information they literally said thatā€™s not available and hung up. I still have my parcel after working from home two days in a row to accomodate for their dodgy times. Horrible service. Or rather no service whatsoever actually.

Toll advised of delivery of an item on two separate days which I stayed home from work to receive. Delivery did not come on either date and the information on the website was not updated to advise of the location of my item. After several phone calls to Toll, one with a promise of a call back that never eventuated, I was advised of a third allocated delivery date. I requested a more specific delivery time frame than the standard 'between 8am & 5pm', as I'd already missed 2 days of work. I was advised that I would be notified on the day of an estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, the call to notify me of a shorter time frame, as agreed, never eventuated, and delivery came while I was away from the address. The 200kg, $10,000 item has been left in my driveway, 200m from where I required it to be placed, at the shed. I've saved for years, ordered the item in February and waited for 8months for it to be made and delivered... the lack of simple phone call that was agreed to, has resulted in a 200kg item being left in the weather, in a place that I can't use it, so my only option is to employ and pay someone else to relocate it. Absolutely disgraceful Toll. Your customer service is deplorable.

Specifically for Sunshine Coast: Promised the delivery would be on the day. Called at 2pm and was told by a representative that if not there by 5pm to call back as they deliver by 8. Called at 4:50 to be told they are closed at 5pm. So was lied to by their own staff. Rubbish service and it reflects badly on the business that use them for logistics. Also lodging a complaint with business. Selfish drivers don't want to drive a little out of town and end up ruining the day of people waiting at home for them. not the first occurrence. Get your stuff together

my toll package was meant to come to my house through express, but on the delivery day it never came as the driver was " Unable to deliver/Unable to access / leave a card" Really not sure why they weren't able to deliver, i live in a block of units, i was home the whole time, ive had other packages from several other companies be here on time or at least left the packages in a safe spot. rang up customer service, they said it can't be redelivered and they'll send me an email to pick up at the depo, i never got this email. the following day ( today), i wake up to an email saying my package will be delivered today, i wait all day until 2:30pm then i hear someone at the door ( no knocking or anything) but as soon as i get there, i see the guy running off, its raining so i try to catch up to him waving the piece of paper he left saying that they missed me again. useless service won't be using toll again.

Very poor service still waiting a week for my overnight delivery. Customer support centre is a waste of time. The call centre seems completely disconnected from the freight and logistics team as they are not able to provide any information on any parcel - itā€™s quite a bizarre set up. They just take notes and promise someone will get back to you. 3 promised call backs but nothing at all from them. A very dysfunctional business.

Absolutely hopeless. Expecting a time critical delivery, we were home all day to ensure we received the parcel. The driver turns up and doesn't even bother to knock on the door. Just leaves the 'we missed you' card and drives off. Have the whole thing on security camera. You think they would turn around after I called and complained to drop off the parcel but the contact centre is hopeless, they can't even contact the driver.. Shocking service. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Absolutely frustrated and anger with the companies processes at the Maroochydore delivery centre. I received half my lawn mower. The drive on the second day the drive did not leave the parcel. Which meant half my lawn mower and meant I had to wait another three days. Every time I have had deliveries from TOLL the service has been extremely poor.

Bit of a google maps issue. Recommend searching the bp and going slightly up the road to find it. It has to be said Adele (hope I spelled that right) was expectional with their service and made me feel very welcomed. 20/10.

So disappointing. An item I ordered on 5 Dec will not arrive in time. So many promises of help amounted to nothing. Escalating the issue did not help either - supervisor couldn't even be bothered to phone back. I will never use them again.

No notification for approximate time of day delivery would be. I wasn't allowed to give an authority to leave my own package at my own address. Only other option besides give it up to chance again at the delivery was to drive 40minutes to their location site. I do not recommend using TollGroup; it's more of a hassle than doing your own delivery.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I live in an apartment and by the time I got to the ground floor to get my parcel, they decided to leave without even waiting. They looked directly at me as I waved at them to stop just as they climbed back into their truck, then they proceeded to turn the truck on and leave. I am not happy as this is the SECOND day in a row that they have done this.
