Got a card saying to pickup from the depot. Went to depot and they said it's not there. Tracking says it is there. Looks like they have no idea where it is when the driver could have just left it in a safe place at my house

Star track just shut down and hand over to someone else been home all day garage open ticket on door saying attempted delivery... Waited at home due to receiving text saying item is being delivered... Maybe put a confirmation text or something saying will you be home for this package so they know someone is there and will actually attempt delivery.

It is astounding that in 2023, with technology and logistics systems across the world at their most capable level in history, that Startrack Wollongong cannot provide a more accurate delivery window than 'between 9:30am and 5:00pm'. Moreover, this is for an address ~6km from the onboarding depot.

Called to book a pickup and the service person was extremely Rude! They sighed all the time when I was speaking and then they yelled at me for not knowing information that wasn't available to me! I don't get how a person can be so needlessly rude to a stranger on the phone, when it's literally their job to answer phone calls!? I hope I never have to use Star Track again

Unanderra depot - wow!! I would leave 0 but that’s not an option.. Got an attempted delivery via email.. our security cameras confirm that there was no attempt made at all despite the package even having authority to leave.. tried to talk to the staff member about this and mentioned a lot of bad google reviews saying this happens constantly and she walked off telling me to just leave another review and she didn’t care. So arrogant and inconsiderate. If you don’t want to be employed at a company find a job you want to do and move on.. stop inconveniencing the customers

Very poor service!!! Horrible experience from this company! I was told that they don’t know who their driver and cannot locate my item in their warehouse. They could not even contact their driver to find out, “They don’t even know who their drivers and no contact”. Wow talking about secure delivery!! Overall very poor customer service!! Poor service!! Was waiting for my parcel the whole day and certainly got a message saying that you need to collect it from agency. Tried calling them but they have no customer service representative. The guy didn’t even bother to enter the building. security room is there plus I was waiting for my parcel the whole time. Pathetic service indeed!!!! Definitely be reporting to Aus post (Their parent company as well)

I ordered a parcel through star track, I was sent an email from AusPost saying they would hold it until 15/11/22. When I arrived at the collection depot on the 14/11/22 they had sent it back, and said the onus was on me to organise the package to be resent. The lady at the counter was nice, and said "this happens all the time" and "I wish they wouldn't send those emails" indicating this is a long standing problem that they have not resolved. She said that their policy is that they keep it for 7 to 10 days before returning it.

They rang once and then they left. The card saying I have to pick the parcel up in Unanderra which is an hour and a half away. Tried to do a redelivery and they said it wasn’t their problem.

Stanley sent me tools. For a week no sign of goods coming. Contacted the sender, got the tracking number. Checked, attempted delivery was a week ago. Definitely did not see the 'sorry we missed you' card in the mailbox. Checked security footage. The delivery was indeed attempted, but nothing put into mailbox. Called, the long message goes that they will not tolerate abusive behaviour. In other words, we are not going to invest in our service, we just take your money and pretent we will deliver. Then the message advised to arrange redelivery from their website. Tried 2 different computers with 2 different browsers. Both attempts end up with 'Something went wrong'. Still on the call. Eventually goth through. The lady on the call was nice and took all the time to make sure the redelivery will not fail, so at least this part of the service works. I will raise with my emloyer (Stanley) to use another service, and they send big volumes.

Attempted delivery message was sent when no attempt was actually made. I was home waiting for the package. While waiting, had other deliveries arrive no hassles. Still waiting for star track. Didn’t want to leave any stars but had to in order to send this message Round and round in circles with automated phone message. I only wanted to find out if it’s in the warehouse so I can pick it up myself. :(

when you call their 13 number the message says please don't be rude to our customer service agents as they are human like yourself. However, their own customer service agents are very rude and un-helpful. Not interested to listen to what you are saying. Just repeat their standard response like broken record.

Received an email and text message stating "Attempted delivery - no one in attendance" but there was no attempt to deliver or come to the property - security footage to prove the lack of attempt to deliver. No one will pick up the phone and cannot attend on a weekend to collect yourself. What customer service.....

Days later when I want it followed up that is both annoying and too much effort for them to do, And Stat track are same as Aust Post,, what a joke!!! This is their normal attitude, it’s not the first time it’s happened. Be warned. Use at your own risk

Absolutely terrible service. I would give zero stars if I could. They don't deliver and take your parcel to some depot hours away and expect you to go and pick it up after paying for a delivery service. If you run a business, avoid Star Track, your customers will thank you for it.

Keep your eye out, sit out on your front property from 8am when they open, to 4pm when they close. There is no other form of imaginable communication that it will arrive in the next 2 or 4 hours. At least they left me a note.

if I could give this service 0 stars I absolutely would. Parcel supposed to arrive on Friday and yet here we are on Monday. My tracker has said "on board for delivery since 9am and it is now the end of the day so i doubt it will be delivered today too. This has been the most despicable courier service I've ever had the misfortune of using. I have rang their office multiple times and they have said they will contact the driver and put my order under 'urgent' as I need it badly. Nothing was done. Useless company.

No, I would not recommend this business at all. This is now the third time they claim to have come to deliver a parcel when I was at home, claimed there was no one there and taken it back to the deport. This is highly unsatisfactory as they obviously never even checked, but only put the card in the mail box. Advise to customers: dont use Startrack A WASTE OF TIME AND CERTAIN THAT YOUR PARCEL WONT BE DELIVERED.

Ringing the "132345" number is an absolute waste of time, nobody answers it. Each time I rang it I was put on hold & would be put on hold for up to about 20 minutes before the line would be cut off , forcing you to ring back just to get the same thing. I gave up after the 5th time. They sent me a message saying the parcel had been delivered, nothing was delivered. I searched all around the front of my house in case they left it somewhere, looked inside the letterbox in case they left a card, nothing. We were home the entire day that they said they delivered it. Absolutely hopeless !!

Polite customer service but don't count on your package being delivered unless you prod them with a stick twice daily for a week. The best I can say about them is that they are reliably unreliable.
