My parcels were delivered promptly and without damage which was great! However there was no notification that the item was due to be delivered on the day they tried. I came home to a card. So I called them to arrange re-delivery. . The woman on the phone was not at all friendly but she got the job done. She said my parcel would be re-delivered ā€œtomorrowā€. So imagine my surprise when I hear someone out the front and thereā€™s my parcel at the door. No knock to say theyā€™d been there, no calling out. And again, no notification to say it was on the way today. Not tomorrow. I was inside my screen door less than three metres away and he said nothing. I heard the beeps and called out ā€œhello?ā€ And he shouted ā€œdeliveryā€ without turning around and kept walking. Rude. But I am very happy that my fragile items arrived in really great condition. Improvement with customer service would be nice.

I'm at home waiting for delivery, (Gold Coast) I get the text saying we attempted to deliver your item, we left a card. My place is small no one knocked on my door and there's no card left in letter box or on screen door. Either they went to the wrong house or they didn't even try. People at the call center are very nice so not 1 star.

Delivery said onboard at 10am. Called service department at 5:30pm told to wait until 6:30pm as its on its way. 6:30pm - Nothing! no delivery & 1hr 30mins past when we close waiting around for no reason. Thanks to the service team for a waste of my time & management for never putting any updates on the delivery. If you want your goods, use someone else!

Lewis, our local postie, also delivers Startrack stuff... it's 7pm and he just rolled up to deliver an important package to me, van loaded with Xmas packages, he will be at it till at least 9pm. Stellar performance from Lewis. Startrack takes the credit but it's guys like your local postie who go the extra mile.

Absolutely appalling delivery service, the only redeeming quality is the customer representatives being helpful. I have been waiting all day for a package to arrive, outside, in my own front yard. The package had been onboard for delivery with the delivery depot only being 10 minutes from my house. NOT ONLY did the package not arrived at my house, no delivery attempt was made at all. I called up customer service TWICE. The first time I asked about the whereabouts of my package, with them telling me that they would contact the delivery driver about the ETA to my address. NOT even 5 minutes after the call, I get a tracking update telling me that a delivery attempt was made, but no one was there to receive it. The delivery driver either lied of the company does not care to even attempt to deliver packages on time. I was waiting at the front door the WHOLE DAY and no one even came as close to driving near me for a package drop off. I called back after seeing this update, only for the next customer representative to tell me that I would have to pick up the package myself at a local post office. This is not the service I paid for, I understand that this is a holiday season, but I specifically ordered items in advance to AVOID this issue. If you're looking for a package delivered in time don't even bother going through StarTrack, you're better off going through AUSPOST Express service and rolling the dice with that.

Waiting for a delivery of medications, from a Brisbane supplier sent on Monday. A trip of 1 hour to my place. Still not delivered on Thursday. I contacted the supplier who then tracked the delivery. Startrack had sent it to the wrong depot. Then sent back to Brisbane to be reorganised. I have waited at home all week fearing a missed delivery of $22,000 worth of medications that have been touring the country thanks to Startrack. I hope it arrives soon.

VERY APPALLING AND OUTRAGEOUS. I get updates telling me a delivery attempt was made but no one was available to receive it, MEANWHILE NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. I called the delivery driver SEVERALLY and even sent messages, but i got nothing back. totally frustrating and would never recommend. Still havenā€™t gotten my parcel and iā€™m looking to go to the depot to get my parcel my self. unbelievably infuriating and incompetent.

I would like to commend the fantastic professional Customer service experience I received today. I have recently order 2 electric scooters one from a supplier in Sydney and one from Melbourne. The Sydney one was delivered by Team global express, and I couldn't have had any more trouble. They could let me know where the scooter was, and the delivery driver didn't even attempt delivery and just drove off even after I tried to hail them down. I had to complain several times. On the other hand, we have Startrack express which was sent by the Melbourne supplier. A gentleman by the name of Damon was fantastic. He tried to ring me and couldn't get me so left an SMS and I rang him back and he notified me he had my scooter and to ensure what time I was home so he could deliver my item to me. I highly commend Damon for his outstanding service. Highly recommend StarTrack and I have now refused to deal with any online shop that deals with team global express.

Am usually a regular happy client of boxes sent by Clifford Hallam Health Care via STARTRACK BUT on 7-6-22, Connote IYBZ88074886 packages with the usual CH2 "Leave in Gazebo on chair" senders instructions were sent to the Helensvale Post Office. I had to get a shopping trolley to carry both undelivered boxes from Post Office back to my home. PLEASE (New ??) Delivery Driver read the delivery address label.

Another courier company that makes it difficult to get your goods, isnā€™t that the sole purpose of their existence. The sorry we missed you docket shows the depot pickup address but when you go there during business hours nobody answers the door. When youā€™re forced to hunt around you get attitude and told pickup only between 11am-4pm ā€œit says on the web siteā€. No note on the docket, no sign on the door they make you stand and wait at with the doorbell being ignored. I recommend a courier company that wants to get the package to the customer.

We always leave the pedestrian gate unlocked so our packages can be left in a safe place, for example, on the front door in shade, however the delivery drivers leave the packages behind the pedestrian gate, in full exposure to the elements or worse yet in a garden bed full of soil and dirt. Educate your delivery drivers to use common sense please.

I had to drive to Helensvale to collect a missed delivery. The staff were friendly but after collecting the package and driving 10km home I realised I only had 1 of 2, so, another drive back to find depot had just closed. I banged on door and the guy didn't want to open as it was a public holiday. I basically begged and finally he opened up and located the 2nd package which was a relief.

Finally got someone today takes 20 days to set up an account even if they could be bothered to do anything. Which they have not. They have lost 30k worth of business in the last 3 months alone. Absolutely Disgraceful.... We've been following Tracking All Day (6th May) for a Parcel to be delivered in GAVEN 4211... Apparently it's been "In Transit" All Day... To our shock at 4.12pm there was a Tracking Update which indicated a "Attempted Delivery - Unable to Gain Access" - what an absolute joke this has to be!!.. It's a Business Address & we're still Open and have been here all day - there has been "No Attempted Delivery" as per our Camera Footage.... SHAME SHAME SHAME StarTrack!!

I have to add my displeasure to the huge list of people upset with the "missed parcel" situation. Such a frustrating experience. How about, instead of messaging and leaving cards and driving off, then organising collection or redilvery.... send a quick message (or phone call) asking for permission to leave the goods unattended. That would save everyone time and energy.

Claimed they couldn't find my address even though I love in a house with a visible number and it easily findable on google maps.
