My parcels were delivered promptly and without damage which was great! However there was no notification that the item was due to be delivered on the day they tried. I came home to a card. So I called them to arrange re-delivery. . The woman on the phone was not at all friendly but she got the job done. She said my parcel would be re-delivered ātomorrowā. So imagine my surprise when I hear someone out the front and thereās my parcel at the door. No knock to say theyād been there, no calling out. And again, no notification to say it was on the way today. Not tomorrow. I was inside my screen door less than three metres away and he said nothing. I heard the beeps and called out āhello?ā And he shouted ādeliveryā without turning around and kept walking. Rude. But I am very happy that my fragile items arrived in really great condition. Improvement with customer service would be nice.
