Extremely unprofessional and poor service. The item was not delivered only because the postcode was incorrect even though the suburb and the state were correct. They didn't bother contacting the sender or the receiver. Instead the item was returned to the sender straight away on the same day. The tracking tool said attempted delivery when there was no attempt of delivery. We had someone at home to receive it! Customer service provided wrong information when contacted and did not mention the return of item. Only said someone would call us to provide more information. The second time I contacted, I was then told about that by another customer service assistant. I would steer clear whenever I could in the future.

Fantastic experience, all thanks to Dave Watson at StarTrack Newcastle! Dave attempted to deliver my goods to the correct delivery address, an office, but everyone was working from home. He called me to work out what other arrangements could be made. He ended up delivering the goods to an alternate address on his way back to the depot. He went above and beyond. That's what great customer service is. Thank you Dave, and thank you StarTrack Newcastle!!!

Driver didn't even take the product out of the van, or knock on the front door. Have security cameras. He got out of the van, note prewritten, placed it on the door and left. My family and dog (who would've definitely heard even a light knock) were home at the time. How is this acceptable delivery service? Appears as though they are driving around all day just to waste fuel and not doing their jobs. Would rate 0 stars

Delivery agents don’t knock at door 🤷♂️, just leave card. Try to rebook online and website don’t work. Can’t pick up, can’t get redelivery. Sorry but Australia Post is a total waist of time, how they are still in business is beyond me 🤷♂️.

Got a SIM card delivered from TPG... Got a text 5 times saying it's delivered but it's at the post office. Get a massive parcel for a SIM card. Broke it open and it's full of removalist fluff and it goes everywhere. Could of just put it in my letterbox Kent's.

Every time I'm actually home, like literally sitting in my living room- about 1.3 meters from my front door, front door ajar as I'm awaiting delivery- these guys come by, don't bother to ring a doorbell or knock on the front door, and just leave a card in my mailbox saying 'attempted delivery, no one was in attendance'. And I have to drive to the nearest Auspost branch to collect. Why would anyone do that, when it's clear SOMEONE IS AT HOME, the sound of talk, or TV, or radio could be heard outside?! Today, to top their previous record of being weird, I received notifications via email and text msgs. about 3 missed deliveries while WE WERE HOME, and Star Track guy only left a 'we missed you' card for one of the parcels. How am I supposed to collect the other two without cards, I wonder?

The lady that delivers for the thornton, Beresfield, Woodberry area is amazing, always gets the job done quick, she knows I’m always home and never have an issue with packages arriving ☺️ I get heaps of big bulky dog food through them and it’s always right near the door which is a bit of a walk from her van! Working from home fulltime means I know when I get packages - literally every other delivery company with even the lightest knocks get my attention, and none have failed to deliver. Now a 1-2 Business day estimate is up to at least 4, which is slower than the 'regular' shipping estimate, because they don't release packages till the next day.

Received text stating that my parcel will be delivered today and later got a text stating that a card was left. There was no attempt to deliver the parcel as family were home and there was no card left either. My last parcel StarTrack were supposed to deliver they dumped it at someone else’s house with a similar address.

It seems like that the startrack deliveries have improved. Despite some misunderstanding over the phone, the delivery driver drove down my driveway and delivered the parcel. I hope that it was not just because of the driver being new to the area and instead being due to instructions given by his management. A thank you to the driver on the other side of the sugarloaf mountains. 9 month ago I wrote the following 1 star review: 3 times an updated ETA was promised after I called them, nothing. Like other reviews, the "failed" delivery attempt was a disgrace, did not even attempt to open the gate to the house, no note, no phone call, nothing. Not having the courtesy of informing a customer can't be blamed on staff shortages (they did). "Last" case no. just in case someone from StarTrack cares 50330527.

Ordered an item with Express Shipping, was notified it'd be here next day. My partner was home, along with my dog who would have also let us know if anyone was at the front door. I get an alert saying delivery was attempted, no one home. No card left, no knock, nothing. Call up StarTrack to find out where it is so I can organize to pick it up, and I'm told the driver will update the tracking to let me know where I need to pick up the box from, but couldn't tell me what post office or when (could even be next day). I understand couriers/deliveries are tough right now, but they didn't even come onto our property. Looking at the other reviews, this is standard. It's unacceptable. To pay for express shipping, only to have to spend 30+ mins trying to get in touch with someone to tell you nothing and then having to go and pick it up myself. If the Operations Manager of Fastways Newcastle cares about their business, they'll look at this trend and investigate why this is happening so much. I typically hate when people say "I'll never use this courier again", but for future orders I think I'll steer clear of StarTrack where possible so I don't have to go chasing consignments because of the lazy driver for my area.

I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Maria, StarTrack and the delivery driver from Australia Post for my priority mail order that shipped from Dandenong Vic to Newcastle NSW last week - and arrived on time. I'm not sure how you managed to create this magic with the delivery turning up in less than 24 hours but boy! did you guys deliver... and I also appreciated the email follow up. Keep up the great work

This mob is unbelievable. I was in the yard and walked up straight behind his van and my husband drove in the same time as him. He left a card on the door saying we weren't home and drove out while looking at us. Very poor service.

They've had it for 4 days. They can't deliver it and they say I can't collect it till next week. They cannot give any better delivery description than 9am to 4pm on any given day. There is serious room for improvement here. Nice people, but rooted service.

Read a few of these reviews and I gotta say that I haven't experienced any of this from the guys that deliver to Hamilton East. Good guys and they ring the doorbell and wait, sometimes I've not been home and they leave the package at my secure backdoor. No problems with StarTrack for me, maybe I'm lucky to have the guys for my area? don't know.

Did not deliver an express posted item to shipping address. Had to drive to this facility all the way out of town to pick up an item. What a waste of resources, fuel, and time. Startrack need to do their job and deliver mail.
