Very poor service on multiple occasions. Amongst other things they attempt to deliver to an old address of mine, they had saved in their system instead of using the sender's order. Why they have my old address in their system remains a mystery. Also, they did not respond as I was asking to have this removed. I had to waste my time to get the shipment redirected to my current address while wondering about the poor customer service on the phone. This is just one example of how this company fails all the time I am dealing with them. Is it really that hard to move a shipment from A to B?
