This company is SO bad! They never even try ring the door bell, they just put "sorry we missed you" card in the mail box. ALSO rather than having the item go to the post office 500m away (yes this is an option on the collection card!) they take it to their depot which is over 20min away!! What the EFF!!!!!! I hate this company

Another courier company that makes it difficult to get your goods, isnā€™t that the sole purpose of their existence. The sorry we missed you docket shows the depot pickup address but when you go there during business hours nobody answers the door. When youā€™re forced to hunt around you get attitude and told pickup only between 11am-4pm ā€œit says on the web siteā€. No note on the docket, no sign on the door they make you stand and wait at with the doorbell being ignored. I recommend a courier company that wants to get the package to the customer.

I have to add my displeasure to the huge list of people upset with the "missed parcel" situation. Such a frustrating experience. How about, instead of messaging and leaving cards and driving off, then organising collection or redilvery.... send a quick message (or phone call) asking for permission to leave the goods unattended. That would save everyone time and energy.

Poor service which I've had multiple bad experiences with. The first time, I noticed the delivery van drive past my front door in my complex so I got up to anticipate receiving it and before I could reach the door, the driver threw my package at the door from his van and drove off. Second time, I missed a delivery as I wasn't home. I'd left clear instructions for Authority To Leave but the driver took my package back to the depot, with no calling card left. When my delivery was sent back out for delivery a couple of days later, the driver didn't knock on my door to hand the package over when I was clearly at home. They just left the package in a strange place which I luckily discovered. No email or text received to let me know my package had been delivered. All I can say is, it's frustrating as hell and they need to do better.

The Star Track driver with mobile ending in ..978 said the delivery had to be done today around midday or tomorrow around midday, and someone will have to be home to sign. I get a lot of deliveries but I have never had such short notice and such a small window of time to be onsite. I asked if there was any other option, and he said today or tomorrow, around midday, thatā€™s it. I started panicking and trying to organise someone to be there to sign it off. When I couldnā€™t find anyone, I contacted a representative at the call centre to see if there is a little more flexibility with scheduling, she said it would be delivered today or tomorrow and left somewhere safe and she didnā€™t know why the delivery driver told me that someone had to be home. A waste of time and stress for nothing. Get more organised Star Track

I get logistics can be tricky and we need to be accomodating to changes. HOWEVER, when you need to sign for a parcel - and therefore stay home - you expect a prompt update if there is going to be a change to the day of delivery. But no. I only found out - after manually checking the status online every hour - that delivery won't be till the next day - this was after 4pm. I rang to follow-up, and they said to hang-up if not medical emergency etc etc. OzPost really need to get their act together in the Express Area. Tracking is woeful.

Absolutely useless. This is the second time now that i have received an "attempted delivery, no one home" notification for 2 separate packages. Both times someone was home. I waited pretty much at the door since i was advised of a time frame and no one came. Also emailed me of the attempted delivery and that a post office delivery slip had been left but it was nowhere to be seen. If i could give a negative review i would!

Am usually a regular happy client of boxes sent by Clifford Hallam Health Care via STARTRACK BUT on 7-6-22, Connote IYBZ88074886 packages with the usual CH2 "Leave in Gazebo on chair" senders instructions were sent to the Helensvale Post Office. I had to get a shopping trolley to carry both undelivered boxes from Post Office back to my home. PLEASE (New ??) Delivery Driver read the delivery address label.

Was waiting on a Christmas gift to arrive ( tracking indicated eta was 23rd December). Unfortunately I was told the company I purchased from didnā€™t put the label on in time & my package was still at Star track in Helensvale. Spoke with a fellow (Brad or Ryan maybe) & he offered to pop it aside for me to go collect. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between us about collection & he had waited over an hour past closing 2 days before Chrissy for me to get it. What an absolute legend! Not to many people go out of their way to help others these days. Had to give a 5 star review!

The worst delivery company. Tracked my urgent item all day - was getting delivered to work - full window shop front on the street - so can see everyone coming and going - suddenly get an updated tracking saying ā€œattempted delivery - unable to gain accessā€. Absolutely NO attempt to deliver - at all. Furious. It was couriered urgently because it was needed urgently but absolute disregard by the driver. Very poor.

We always leave the pedestrian gate unlocked so our packages can be left in a safe place, for example, on the front door in shade, however the delivery drivers leave the packages behind the pedestrian gate, in full exposure to the elements or worse yet in a garden bed full of soil and dirt. Educate your delivery drivers to use common sense please.

Absolutely Disgraceful.... We've been following Tracking All Day (6th May) for a Parcel to be delivered in GAVEN 4211... Apparently it's been "In Transit" All Day... To our shock at 4.12pm there was a Tracking Update which indicated a "Attempted Delivery - Unable to Gain Access" - what an absolute joke this has to be!!.. It's a Business Address & we're still Open and have been here all day - there has been "No Attempted Delivery" as per our Camera Footage.... SHAME SHAME SHAME StarTrack!!

Love it when you wait at home all day for your delivery. Was tracking the delivery progress all day. But the courier is too lazy so they claim ā€œdelivery was attemptedā€. Didnā€™t even attempt to buzz, I was notified that the delivery attempt failed.. so I went to check the mailbox for a slip to pick up from post office... no slip! I need the bloody package. Now I have to chase it up and go pick it up myself.

I understand being in business that it can be difficult to please every customer and I also understand that generally most businesses do the best they can to meet everyone's standard. It is also unrealistic to appease everyone. However, after reading through the reviews it's evident you only see the bad side of things and not enough of the good. I, for one, can't even comprehend the complexity of a logistics business and take my hat off to those that do. More to the point, my delivery was dispatched last Friday, with an ETA of Monday and an SMS update to say package will be delivered prior to close of business. Package arrived at lunch with a very delightful delivery person. Very happy customer.

Delivery driver refused delivery to a fully staffed apartment. Two people home, intercom was not used. Been on hold for 10 minutes. Now I see why the google reviews are so bad. Use AusPost, or literally anything else.
