Customer service has been telling me that my parcel is at the warehouse for a week now and they still canā€™t actually find it to give me a time. This was an express order and now it has been close to two weeks since it was sent still no idea on when I will be able to go pick it up. This has been the worse customer experience with regards to a shipping company I have ever had! I will never use this company again or any company that use your services!! Do Not use this company!

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional delivery driver drags this company down. Deliver driver took no reasonable responsibility or operate with integrity. Definition of integrity is DOING WHAT YOU SAY YOU WILL DO and if you canā€™t OFFERING A NEW TIME OR SOLUTION. This place has taken itā€™s toll on me! If you buy furniture from a company that uses Toll beware of this company. Still waiting on delivery or communication.

Worst of the worst. Their driver took $1000 worth of the wrong parcels (took another couriers parcels that was clearly marked) from our warehouse, proceeded to lose them. Asked for reimbursement and refused to take ownership for it. Absolutely the worst service and handling ever. 0 stars.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Watched my email and tracking all morning in hopes of not missing the delivery only to find a ā€˜ sorry we missed you ā€˜ card in the letterbox. Delivery time was expected to be from 9:51am to 11:51am, toll website changed at 11:52am to say I missed it. No email nor call to say they where present. And that is if they even came with the parcels at all. I live in a block of units. I cannot just stand outside all day in hopes of seeing a truck.

Iā€™d give negative stars if I could. Appalling service, donā€™t know whatā€™s the point of running a delivery company if you canā€™t deliver anything even after making 2 bookings? Booked twice for a pickup and twice no show, no explanation given whatsoever. Man I spoke to at call centre was unprofessional and dismissive when I called to inquire about the no show. Sounded like they hired people from overseas call centers who have no way of communicating with local drivers here . Disappointing

I came home to find a card under the door saying they tried to deliver but I wasn't home. The checkbox for "Returned to Depot" was ticked. It didn't specify where the depot was so I googled it and found the is one at Tullamarine and one at Dandenong. So I went online as per the cards instruction and created an account and selected the "Returned to Depot" option where it asked to the card number as well as the consignment number and then it told me it didn't exist. I the thought maybe the scribbled consignment number was a 13 and not a B to I tried a variations of swapping 1's for I's and l's and o's for 0's but nothing worked. I then thought maybe the driver hasn't retuned to the depot yet, so I then tried just tracking the consignment and there it was! Still in transit. I requested the parcel to be re-delivered and left without a signature. The good thing about all of this is; now I have an account associated with the consignment, and my email and mobile number linked. I requested all delivery status to be SMS to me. The following day the driver called me and asked if I would be home and I told him my wife should be there and if not just leave the parcel. He thanked me and a little while later I get an SMS saying the parcel had been delivered. I called my wife to check and she confirmed the parcel was left and she brought it in. I recommend setting up an account if you are expecting a parcel from Toll because I don't care if a parcel is late, I do care about the communication and for this I give Toll 5 stars.

Delivered to a completely different street name around the corner from target destination. If a courier service cannot even get the street name correct, what are they for? I might as well throw the parcel into the ocean and hope it lands up where I want it to. Made a complaint in their feedback, and receive a canned response. DO NOT USE TOLL PRIORITY.
