I don't know why the toll company or the couriers do not phone, text or email you when/if they arrive. I was home. Found 'Sorry we missed you' card in mail box. Phoned a Philipino call centre, it was so hard to understand, except that it was now at the 'Newcastle' depot. .. I am not confident of receiving my parcel, unless I cancel everything else to stand watch outside. So, I will drive a 100km round trip to collect it from Beresfield.... I won't be buying from Amazon, and certainly won't be sending anything via Tollgroup.

Over-all I picture that they have a Black-Hole inside the warehouse that they have to feed to keep some sort of inter-dimensional God satisfied. I will never ship with Toll or order with a company who uses Toll.

This company has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!!! I have been waiting two weeks for my modem to be re-delivered. Came on the 1/9 I was home however the drive left a card Iā€™m my mailbox say no one was home. I went online to have it redelivered, they said the next day. Called the 13 number everyday since and told that my package will be delivered the next day, this I have been continuously told from the Singapore call Center (I had to make over 20 calls as their lines continuously kept cutting me off!) It is now the 13/9 and still no package! I personally would not ever use this company by choice as it is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life! The reps on the phones are no help at all just continuously tell you lie after lie. VERY VERY UNHAPPY!

Got a 'Sorry we missed you' card, called their customer service and arranged to have the package dropped to a local connection point, which is the 7/11 near me. Was advised I'd receive a text message the following day with the pin number required to collect it - nothing was received. I used their 'track and trace' function to discover it is still at their depot. Called customer (non) service again to discover the package was rejected for an unknown reason, and they didn't communicate this. They then told me, I need to wait for them to communicate with me (yeah, right) before I can even get the address of their depot. After telling the customer (non) service agent I don't believe they will communicate with me, and that this is not acceptable because I need the package, all the script reader said was the same thing over again. Luckily for me, their depot details are freely available on google, so their entire position on this is redundant. Maybe when the stars align, time travel becomes possible and the calendar shows February 30th, I might get my package. Why do large organizations insist on using Toll?

Package was out for delivery 2 days in a row, " apparently" uses google maps however wasnt able to find my house. DId double check maps and you sure can find it. A 17 year old dominos driver is able to find the address and if they cant they are able to call to find it. DO NOT EVER USE !!!!

Twice now I've not been home to get parcel. Twice I've been left on a wild goose chase to get them. What should have been the same day delivery took 5 days to hunt the parcel down. One person on the phone telling me it's at the depot and another didn't know where it was. The people at the depot were lovely and understood my plight. The Toll system is what's stuffed. It needs an overhaul pronto.

First and last time customer!!!! I gave clear and specific instructions! Never followed! Called the next day, gave the same clear and specific instructions to be delivered on a certain day I'll be home. Didn't turn up! Customer service lady on the phone, very rude, doesn't know how to talk to customers and had screaming children in the background. Is this a daycare centre!!?? This company is seriously a joke! TL;DR Dreadful service experience. Booked an overnight collection and delivery service, overseas service centre stated that only afternoon pickups available. Day 1 - Stayed home all day for collection. Service got cancelled and rebooked for the following day without anyone bothering to tell me. Day 2 - Stayed home all day for collection. I called half way through 4 hour collection window to reconfirm pick up. No pick up occurred. Day 3 - Re booked collection from 1-3pm. Overseas service centre again advised only afternoon pick up is available. Left house from 9:30 - 11 am. Return home and find card for missed collection; nothing written on it except date and time, no notes, no booking number. Found an Australian number and was advised that Toll only collect in the morning and only some suburbs get collected in afternoons. So far: 5 phone calls, 2.5 days at home for "overnight" service.

Bordering on incompetent service. Trying to deal with an incomplete delivery you end up in an offshore call centre with extremely difficult language barriers to overcome. I would say never again to having to deal with an organisation using Toll.

I wouldn't even give them a one star. I received a text on Friday 3rd July it made no sense with no full stops saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel. No one came to my house I have cameras out the front no attempted. But because the text didn't make sense I called. The guy told me they didn't have my parcel it was a scam. Over the weekend I match the ref number on the text to a delivery I was waiting on. I called again Monday morning and explained it all again. The lady said she redirected it and I'd receive it Tuesday. Again no one came. I rang again Thursday no one knows where my parcel is. It's now well over a week and I still don't have it. The online estimated delivery date says 30 June.

Toll is the most incompetent courier I have ever dealt with!!! It truly saddens me that my favourite online shop uses them :( They leave a sorry we missed you card with the option of filling out a permission to leave only to return the next day ignore the filled out card and leave another sorry we missed you card..... than you ring customer service and are only hold for hours upon hours to have somebody say to you that the filled out permission card isnā€™t sufficient enough to leave this parcel! Uh Iā€™m sorry but why on earth would you give me the option of filling out the permission to leave if you have no intention of ever leaving the parcel??? Toll need to have a good hard look at the way they operate review policies and procedures and get themselves together.

I am a big fan of writing positive reviews and truly detest leaving negative feedback. Nevertheless, Toll Priority has reached such levels of expensive incompetence that I have been left with no choice. This company must hire the laziest, lowest common denominator possible. They do not honour "Authority to Leave" requests; they don't knock on the door to see if you are home; they truly are the worst. Avoid at all costs. If you cannot avoid, pray to whatever deity in which you believe.

Disgraceful delivery service. A parcel arrived when not home. Ordered a redelivery of parcel on Thursday and received notice of when it would arrive. It needed a signature, so spent the day waiting. It didn't arrive. Rang Toll and was assured it would be delivered the next working day which would then be Monday. Again no delivery. I have again contacted Toll again. Another day to spend waiting? Very unhappy.

Absolutely appalling service. Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered and it has been marked "on for delivery" for 2 days. When I called the toll line they said something happened out on the road on Monday so it couldn't be delivered then. Now its Tuesday and still no sign of it. Am I supposed to believe that something has happened out on the road 2 days in a row. Fat chance. Absolutely piss poor. If nothing is done about this by Friday I will be taking the matter further.

Telephone communication with this company was disappointing. In particular, trying to communicate with with non-english speaking representatives made the entire process long winded and challenging. I ended up having to drive 40mins to collect the package myself. Completely frustrated with this company and will do my best to never use them again.

Horrible! I cannot believe the incompetence of this company. I waited at home all day. Only to check online for it to say the courier driver couldnā€™t find my address. First time using toll. No other courier company has ever had an issue. Then I ring up and speak to a customer service operator who after I tell him what I know asks me ā€˜ did the driver leave a sorry we missed you cardā€™? Are you serious? If he couldnā€™t find my address, how was he supposed to leave s card! Then I am told it will be redelivered the next day. I ring the next morning to make sure and after going through the same thing, I am told are there any landmarks? I then asked if it was the truck for delivery and was told no! However it could be more for tomorrow. Donā€™t worry about! I will pick it up myself at the depot today! Then I was told an sms would be sent and can I bring the sorry we missed you card! How the hell is this company able to operate! Turns out it was on the truck anyway!
