I don't know why the toll company or the couriers do not phone, text or email you when/if they arrive. I was home. Found 'Sorry we missed you' card in mail box. Phoned a Philipino call centre, it was so hard to understand, except that it was now at the 'Newcastle' depot. .. I am not confident of receiving my parcel, unless I cancel everything else to stand watch outside. So, I will drive a 100km round trip to collect it from Beresfield.... I won't be buying from Amazon, and certainly won't be sending anything via Tollgroup.
