My delivery has been attempted to be made to my cairns northern beaches unit for 2 weeks. I have been at home each time delivery has been attempted. You can’t get a window of time for delivery nor can you track the delivery. I am apparently supposed to wait outside my unit in the heat between 9am to 5pm No calling card left on each delivery attempt. Poor form Toll

Parcel scheduled for delivery Make myself home and within metres of the front door. Get a text message saying they have missed me and to collect after 3pm. How am I meant to receive a parcel from someone who leaves a note and leaves silently. With no transport and 4 young kids I can't be expected to walk 5kms to the collection point. Called to have this rectified and was hung up on. What a joke..

Was told over the phone could not pick up my parcel with the sorry we missed you card which i was willing to do , but instead told it would take up to 2 days to find my undelivered parcel CRAZY the parcel should have been taken back to their collection point !

Fustrating that no attempt to deliver to address but rather just drop a "sorry we missed you" card and when I asked where package was they said it was back at depo and I'd have to wait til after weekend to collect it. I didn't pay for a door drop service to not have it at the door when I was home and without pets.

It took me an hour on the phone to the Philippines, multiple times on hold, to get this sorted out. The agent was helpful. But waited a long time to speak to her. I wanted to pick it up but they could not tell me the address, and there are three in Cairns. Super inefficient if you miss the delivery. Also their web site does not work after filling in all the info if throws an error. Get it together with your customer service.

Typical big company with a virtual monopoly. Just like the banks: introduce a web based system which places all the labour and responsibility onto the client and build a system that isolates the client from the company. Then opportunistically escalate the prices.

Google maps has an incorrect location. Toll Ipec is on Lyons street. Toll NQX is at the end of Morrison Street.
