Confusing and faceless. All website, no working phone number. I was so unconfident in them that I tried to cancel the service before being charged, but "customer support" was just an FAQ and the links did not work. Not sure if I ever got charged or not. Definitely won't put this package in their hands.

Recently sent an overseas courier , a laptop. They use DHL and FEDEX, you need to fill out a form online and pay online. Once, all is set you can leave your stuff. Paid around $290 AUD.
