Utterly appalling service. I was at home, waiting for my delivery. They didn't ring the doorbell. They didn't leave at a collection point. Instead, they took my parcel back to the depot on the opposite side of Brisbane. They didn't leave a card at the front door. Now I have to wait another 5 days for delivery, due to holiday. And no compensation for their ineptness. Disgraceful...

Very strict but that looks after you and the other people on the worksite and other people as well and they make sure that it's standard and you are looked after and the people that I went to via the pick up order placed they were fantastic they came out that are really nice that gave me a orders for my safety & were very clear. I mean additionally placing it where I need it pressed put it on my ute no worries at all I hate them 10 out of 10. I'm telling you toll at the location I went were fantastic up today with a standards of all things built new unbelievable staff and I was really happy with how they help me out with everything that I needed to get done.

With Toll, if your consignment gets to it's destination in it's original form, and hasn't been re designed along the way, consider yourself lucky and give thanks to the Deity of your choice The indolence with which consignments are in handled at transit points is astounding and getting worse by the day. Management, a mediocre group of people, place themselves behind customer service which is employed to take the brunt of customer dissatisfaction and employ the 'handling' mechanism which is delay, delay, delay until you get frustrated Toll consignments are often broken up and arrive at the same destination on different days, with your customer on the phone asking 'where are they'. Hint: If you get anything delivered by Toll ...inspect it carefully, and if it's damaged...do yourself and the industry a favour, don't accept it. If there were an enforceable standard for freight handling Toll would have been struck off long ago. We changed to Startrack

Cant do lower that 1 star!!! Partners tool box sent down from mines- didnt notify us that it had arrived down here... then come to pick it up- to be told at gates that kids cant entre - even if they remain in the car... so kids and myself had to get out down the bottom of road and wait.... then when i called to complain - was informed that when my partner callled he should of been notified about rules.... what a f***ing joke!!!

Not good service! Expected a delivery but it didnt show because they didnt know where to drop our goods even though all the details where with the order. Every time we rang was on hold for 20 minutes then they hung up on us

waited 5 weeks for a delivery. they attempted to deliver on a number of days however nobody reads instructions. (crane truck required) not rocket science customer service were rude and unhelpful ( witch one of the 20 000 items is yours she says)
