Pretty poor when packages sit in town for days on end. It's happened a few times now and it's only 20mins to the delivery location yet no contact is made about why there is a delay. Packages can be time sensitive and then it's a ring around to be able to get access to pick them up. It would be helpful if there was a local contact number to arrange this.

Delivery arrived at local Shepparton depot in 6 days from India ~10,000km Took 9 days including 3 consecutive ‘delivery not attempted’ days to not even make it the last 40km once it was with FedEx Shepparton. Ended up having to collect package from depot in person. Hopeless

Terrible freight company had over 10k worth of gym matts delivered total of 6 pallets took over 3 days to deliver when told it was in the depot as there was "special requirements", they needed a forklift which we already had and they knew, they tried to finally drop stock off when no one was at the business, no phone call or call back from any one after calling twice everyday!! finally we went and picked up stock from depot was told we would get our $470 delivery fee back and instead got refunded nothing and got told it was too bad!! even though it was in writing that the in charge had agreed, they told me she wasn't aloud to agree to refunds. absolute joke will not order through anyone who uses TNT! location Shepparton

Waiting for a package from Shepparton depot. Due for delivery on 17 02 2022 now 5 days later still nothing ! Hard to contact depot with no direct phone number wouldn't recommend for prompt service very disappointed

Need to get off their asses and be more reliable with their job. have had 2 or more bad experiences with TNT, Just because it’s knock off time doesn’t mean you can leave all your jobs unfinished & customers waiting at the front fkn door all day!!! pack of lazy ***** They never give a set time of when their delivering, I’ve signed & told them too many times to leave it there when I’m unattended as I have commitments throughout the day. I ring up throughout the day to get a rough time or too ask if its even coming. Last delivery I rang up one lady said it was coming then I rang up 4 hours later and another lady said it wasn’t even put on board to be delivered on the day. Had once waited for a small parcel for 2 weeks as they promised everyday it was getting delivered. every time I wait for a delivery I have to sit at home waiting alllll day for these people because they can’t listen to me to just leave it there !!! and most of the time they never come or forgot to put the parcel on board. 🤬 Just then I rang up and they said it will be there in 10 minutes then 10 minutes later (5pm) they tell me the drivers gone home and knocked off 🤬
