Exceptional by far I had always had very good experiences with them just final points would be Minor and I repeat minor problems but they have been rectified very quickly they are very efficient and very skilled I would be on hasn't in using them and utilising them as delivery as well as pickup

Expecting an item on the 30th Dec, 2022 and then the delivery date changed to the 4th Jan, 2023. Still no delivery. Have contacted Toll 3 times all in between the dates to enquire about the delivery. Apparently forwarded to the freight investigator 3 times and I was to get an sms, phone call or email from them AND NOTHING! No updates, continually told the same thing by customer service, no direct phone numbers to call the Gold Coast Depot.... The item is a Quad Bike so it's not like it's a small package. It's a huge box! Can't be missed. Has been sitting in the Gold Coast depot since 28th Dec, 2022 ans I have offered twice to pick up with no avail. Ridiculous, appalling and disappointing!!!!!

Most infuriating company to deal with, customer service is useless. They don't deliver your package then say they couldn't for safety reasons, I live in a massive apartment building with security...safety or lazy. Toll goes to the bottom of the list for my company's shipping options from now on.

Very simple people - tie your freight to a tortoise and send it on its way. It will arrive faster than toll and actually have more brains and common sense Toll easily sits at the bottom of the freight industry without anyone else coming even close to how bad this company is run. I'd be embarrassed to be the manager of this place. Wouldn't be the highlight of any resume.

Lie cheat and steal, it's the toll way! This company is so far beyond embarrassingly bad, that you would be better off strapping your packages to carrier pigeons. Toll are easily the worst company in the transit business. If you had any question about who sits at the very bottom, it's these guys. If you had toll management on your resume, I would personally laugh you out of any interview. How they are allowed to trade is beyond me! Anyone looking to start a class action let me know!

Told my parcel would be here yesterday or possibly the day before. No message from them, no parcel delivered. Came home today and there's a card, "you weren't home, please collect from toll depot". NO details of said depot e.g.. address, opening hours, phone number. So I google, they don't at all on weekends, you have to be k8dding me, not even Saturday morning, just standard business hours and over an hour drive from work- so can I ask them too redirect with Australia post???????

This company has really become terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. They didn't deliver my $1200 breeding pair of extremely rare discus fish. These are irreplaceable fish and expensive. After countless phone calls to account manager, they were finally tracked to the gold coast depot in Arundel. This was confirmed through emails and phone calls from my account manager to the depots that handled it. As they are expensive beautiful fish I went to the depot to collect the fish as they clearly were not going to deliver the fish. This was paid priority overnight shipping. The Arundel facility was useless, they wouldn't listen and understand that it is confirmed they are there on their site in Arundel. They only refer to the simple online tracking that was not up to date that I can access on my phone or PC. For some reason they did not scan the product but is definitely there onsite as this was chased up since 9am and I was still there at 530pm talking to a brick wall it felt like. They wouldn't listen to the customer that has been told by account manager who made numerous calls and emails over many many hours to confirm they are there. I found them incredibly rude and useless. They were no help at all. The lady at the customer service wrote out some names of the management, unfortunately she wrote like a early primary school child and I had to ask what she even wrote as it was unreadable. What has this company become. I eventually got no help and had to leave without my very expensive live breeding pair of albino alencer discus, bright yellow breeding pair. I would not recommend this company for anything important. They simply don't care and cannot do their job, can't even write in clear readable English. I honestly can't believe how poor the service is. Totally shocking. I actually feel incredibly sick and stressed for the amazing fish left there without a care in the world.

Bloody poor service. Item two weeks later from within same state. The a slip was dropped in my mailbox as if I am always home. Did not receive a call not a email to ask if I am home. Now I have to take time off work and drive after them to get my tools after my item was shining included. My neighbour said there was only a scooter here yesterday.so that conclude the just drop of slips and let people get their own stuff. This is the second time I had to get my own stuff from Toll all other postal companies is not an issue as the can think for themselves.

Consistently terrible service for several years. Promises of redelivery, which never occur and only one depot at the other end of the coast to collect from, during business hours (while most are at work). Complaints fall on deaf ears which is no doubt attributed to the poor reviews attached to Toll Courier sites. Actually puts me off buying from suppliers who use their services. Can't understand how this company is still in business!

Avoid using Toll if you would like to receive your package or any semblance of good customer service. No phone number available to contact local depot. No promised call back from overseas based call centre following lodging an enquiry into the package's whereabouts. Priority delivery from Melbourne to Gold Coast and no-one knows where it is, why it was scanned as out for delivery two days ago when it actually wasn't or when/if it is likely to be delivered.

I paid extra to have my package sent faster from sydney to the gold coast. The senders were great and sent the package the same day as my order. However, Toll IPEC has had my package sitting in the Sydney depot 3 full days. I have call each day to check on its progress and was promised each time i called that they would get back to me with an ETA. not its been waiting in the depot for 5 full days and I still haven't received any calls or messages regarding an ETA. The sender has been kind enough to launch an investigation but cant get a reply from TOLL IPEC either. Also, one of the customer service agents suggested that i pickup from their depot if i was sick of waiting. They actually suggested that I drive to sydney from the gold coast and be my own courier company lol . How Arrogant :-( Grrrr With no ETA at all in sight, i have been forced to purchases my order again and have it sent via TNT instead. What a nightmare and a huge amount of time wasted.

They can’t find it on the computer so now I’m without my precious package and cannot buy another one! Disgraceful service and this is NOT the first time! This is a horrible company and cannot deliver, the delivery drivers are liars and say they tried to deliver when they didnt, the management are awful, if you want to speak to anyone you have to ring a call centre and they keep you on hold for 45 minutes you then realise your ringing a different country and they cannot speak english so no help! Clearly the do not want to invest in their service otherwise you could speak to someone in Australia! Terrible terrible terrible........

Toll is a terrible service altogether. I missed delivery of my parcel which apparently had to be signed for and when I called to find out where my parcel was, they couldn’t tell me. The card said it had to be picked up from a depot but they couldn’t tell me where my parcel was or where the depot was or when I could pick it up. I asked if they could call the driver instead to see where it was and they couldn’t! I actually called customer service 3 times and was hung up on.

Without a doubt the worst company to deal with. You pay for an express service which is supposed to be overnight and it can take anywhere up to 5 days to be delivered. This particular deliver I have now been waiting 3 days. You can't talk to anyone in Australia. When you do talk to someone they are rude and can't or won't give you any information. They say someone will get back to you but they don't.

I have an 86 year old father who is awaiting delivery of a mobility scooter by TOLL IPEC. The shipment is listed as 'Priority'. The scooter is sitting at their Gold Coast Depot since 0820 h Mon 06 Sep 21. Today it is 09 Sep 1400 h and TOLL have advised consecutively the last 2 days "it will be delivered today". however it is still sitting at their depot! I have been told there is an investigation but nobody is prepared to do their job. They know its at the Gold Coast Depot but apparently can not call the depot manager to sort out a simply problem. One of the principles of logistics is "Simplicity" For an international Company you are beyond poor. Never will I ever purchase from a company that uses TOLL!!!

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I was given no ETA time or even an address when I rang the customer service team from overseas. There is no from the office I could contact. I would suggest using Australia Post for all your freighting and delivering needs as this company is useless when it comes to customer service. This is also my first 1 star rating as a reviewer as I have always seen the positive side of any experience but not this one. Wouldn't use ever again. 0/10.

This is a terrible business - do not use. I get weekly deliveries and I have just called the company I use and told them I will discontinue using them unless they use a different supplier - they do have another company. BEFORE you order anything online find our who deliver if it is TOLL then refuse to order unless they use an alternative courier (which they do). DO NOT USE TOLL they will mess you around and then keep you on hold to a call centre somewhere outside of Australia that cannot speak English and keep you on lie for 50 mins. The leadership do not care or else they wouldn't allow their customer service to deal with you directly.. USE another courier.

If I could award zero stars, I would. Twice now I have suffered non-delivery by the toll group. There is no tracking available once the order gets into their hands. On the first occasion, the delivery person from the Toll refused to deliver to my PO Box and insisted on delivering to some random newsagent, then changed her mind and said I could go to their depot, then failed to give me their depot address, refusing to come to my home address. I had to cancel the order which was from the UK and seek a full refund. On the second occasion, the order also from the UK was not able to be tracked once it arrived in Brisbane and supposedly to be delivered by Toll. Toll's tracking system was not working and when I phoned their Sydney office and their Phillipines Call Centre, no one was a able to provide any information about whether or not they had received the item, claiming all their systems were down.

Any consignments going out of the Ashmore depot can't be tracked, don't have a proof of delivery and take more than a week to get any updates even though I am paying for overnight freight. Toll are the worst! Customer service is dreadful, all they can say is they will give you a call back, but never do. If you can go somewhere else, do so.
