Second time in a row damaged parcel. Which they wont deliver or contact sender or receiver. They just leave it in the yard until you chase it up. Phone numbers are on the Con notes USE THEM. Or better yet send the items to the destination and let the customer decide if they are damaged or not.

Just got stung AGAIN by the gangsters at TNT / Fedex. Shipped two boxes weighing 34Kg by road. Charge was $111 which was a bit rich anyway. Fast forward 6 weeks and we get $77 extra charge for "heavy pick up- residential" The fact we are a home based business is just one of MANY excuses TNT Fedex use to sting you after the fact. Scoundrels with little regard for their reputation or ethics.

Issues with online booking system when there never was one. You need a delivery address right???? Can't get any help from email, online chat, phone calls, online queery form. They just keep passing the buck around and no one will actually look into this issue. 2 days and counting. And they also like to use your name when delivering items to the wrong address. Thats fraud guys!!!!!

Made no real attempt to deliver my parcel. No way to go collect it from them and after ordering my goods and waiting 6 weeks FedEx are sending it back to china because they failed to deliver it. Wouldn't even deliver it to my post office. Never again will I buy anything that uses fed ex. Calling the bank today to cancel my $800 purchase as it's failed to arrive

If I could give them a zero star I would. I sent a package overseas. I was charged for 4 kg heavier than what I sent. I was charged $250 for a 0.7 kg package I sent to Asia. They make it so hard to get a refund that you end up giving up.

HI, I have oredred SYMMETRY LEATHER FOLIO GALAXY S22 ULTRA SHADOW from Oter box hongkong on March 2nd 2022 it meant to deliver on 11/3/22 OTER using FEDEx for deleviries I havent received it by today 14/3/22 I spoke with Fedex they are not sure when it will be delivered probably tomorrow they loose trust already so it would be better in future to review serach it for the effiecient delivery providers!!!!.I am not happy at all on FEDex and will not go to them for my deliveries. FEDex were given delivery instructions to send my exhaust pipe to my local post office but instead kept the item at their depot for 7 days and gave me no notification via text, phone call or email that they had my item and then rather than following delivery instructions to drop item off... they instead sent it back to the company i bought it from in the USA... I only found out what was going on when checking tracking information but by that time it had already arrived back in the USA.. so Fedex has cost me not only the hard to get item that i had sourced from the usa but the extra cost in shipping and extra downtime in completing a project in time to be used this year ... I will not be recommending Fedex to anyone, I am disgusted by their laziness and lack of integrity as a company...

Did not attempt to deliver my package I was home waiting for it then they send me a message saying no one was available to take it no knock on the door or card left they don't actually try to take it to you it's a con they just have it at the centre and it never leaves there maybe so they can save on drivers lol you guys are just one step removed from an actual scam I cringe everytime I see something is coming to me via FedEx your complety unreliable and don't actually preform your service for which you are paid this has happened to me so often I'm going to make a complaint to the ACCC

Sender & recipient kept confirm the address is correct few times, even you can google the address, itâs show up the store. Weâre no ideal why deliver kept calling said canât find the place, address incorrect. And called in time around at 6:30am~7am. My package arrived Perth on 26/8 until now 1/9 , still didnât release it and kept asking same question whats we confirm for company in few days already.

It takes a lot of time to reach them and they don't know anything about the driver. I guess driver travels the whole country before delivering the product because it never arrives on time.

Delivery time was between 9-12pm, then changed to before 1800, then delivered at 1500. Don't know how I'm supposed to be home all day to collect my package, granted it would be easier if the redelivery website actually worked.
