Ivan is our local delivery driver in Rockhampton. We have had a few issues with Aramex in the past with parcels sitting in the depot for a week+. But since starting, Ivan has ensured our deliveries and pick-ups are completed in a timely manner. Obviously it isn't just him, the whole team in Rockhampton has really improved in the last few months.

Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered after it was picked up in Sydney at the start of July- no one knows where it is- you cannot call directly to the rockhampton store it goes straight to a Phillipines call center and they are clueless to help- how is this company still in business???

WORST COMPANY DISGRACEFUL DO NOT USE ! Throwing fragile packages over my fence with a camera, doorbell & doorbell camera. Take your pick but oh wait you didn’t use one. I ring the company to complain they didn’t even want the license plate or anything they are as bad at the drivers and worse on the phone for communication trust me I would feel more comfortable giving a package to the way better Australian postal services like Australian post, toll legit anything but this company. I will be Warning any over seas sellers I buy from do not ever use them again they need to be shutdown for good. Please hear my message as I say this as a very good customer and buyer. Warn your neighbours friends anyone do not use ASSMAX again!!

Reading the large number of complaints on this company it’s apparent that, despite their claims about improving customer service, they are not doing so. Complaints far outnumber praise - it’s clearly been that way for years. My wife is the nicest person I’ve ever known. Everyone loves her. And she gets along with everyone. Well, just about. This Aramex mob have reduced her to tears. We live 2.5 hours from Rockhampton and they callously insist that my wife drive to their depot to collect a package. On the phone, they are rude, uncaring, abrupt - or, as she says “simply horrible”. It’s quite obvious that this company has major cultural issues. We will be doing all we can to avoid them in future. To see my lovely wife bullied and treated like a piece of dirt makes me so shocked and upset. I almost feel like crying myself.

Absolutely terrible service. I have experienced major delays in receiving my goods on the Capricorn Coast. My wife has been waiting a week. I have called and the service was lip sync. I am a retiree if you are short of staff I would gladly do few hours at the depot for the right price.

Terrible experience waiting for my parcel for over 10 days from the depot. Aramex keeps changing the tracking date to extend my delivery. I have photos of the changed dates. Very rude personal when speaking to them and one lady hung up on me. They do not follow up your enquiry giving the same speech about being busy and short staff and with no follow up call or email even when they ask for your phone and email address to do so. Was actually standing in front of the Aramex van yesterday in Yeppoon after my phone call with them. Why didn’t they deliver my parcel which is small enough to fit inside my letter box! DO NOT use this company, you will be greatly disappointed, rather go through Australia Post.

I have NEVER had a parcel take over a month to arrive by courier when sent within Australia. Nor have I ever had it turn up in this condition! Reading other reviews, it would appear the Rockhampton depot have demonstrated absolutely abhorrent behaviour towards quality deliveries! Avoid this mob at all costs if you can, unfortunately in this particular case, I didn't have the luxury of courier choice!

*0 STARS* Why the Rockhampton Depot is still accepting parcels to 'ship' is beyond me. Waiting 6 weeks for one parcel to eventually arrive all filthy and covered in dirt and having 3 others 'lost' with no update in the last 2 weeks (which were ordered 4 weeks ago). Horrible customer service who claim they will call or email with an update then never do. This local depot is completely fraudulent!! And please don't bother commenting on my review to say a fake apology and ask for me to fill out ANOTHER contact form, let's be real, you won't actually fix the problem no matter how many forms we submit or calls we all make. Just accept the fact that your business is doing the wrong thing and RESOLVE the issues! Sincerely, everyone in Yeppoon & Rockhampton!!

Not even worth one star,my parcel must be coming on the back of a snail from Gold Coast to your depot,been enquiring about it two or three times a day,emails not replied to,quite obvious to me the item has been lost so I guess $120 wasted,also have another package missing that must also be on snails back .Complete and utter uncaring company ,absolute disgrace.I HAVE BEEN READING PREVIOUS REVIEWS and have not come across a single good one so quite clearly you people are doing nothing to improve the service.What happens if one’s parcels are never recovered,I think your problem is between Gold Coast and Rockhampton maybe it should be looked into.I will give them until next Wednesday then if I have still not received my parcels I will go to fair trading and ombudsman for help,something needs to be done about this courier

Waiting for parcel - they don’t update anything - people on phone won’t help - emails are generic - I think I have had 6 emails saying they are looking into it and we will contact you in 48hours and then get the same email again……I just need my parcel!!!!! Meant to be delivered on the 2nd December - you can’t blame Christmas - Christmas happens every year and Covid is the norm now. Please do not use this company!
