So many undelivered packages since moving here a year ago. Most recently, 2 weeks of waiting on a package and twice getting a sneaky driver put one of those "sorry we missed you" cards in my mailbox, even though I'm home. I live on a main road in the SC so it's a pretty easy dump and run. I reckon they just don't want to do it, so they just dump all the parcels at the post office after their daily joy ride.

These guys do a good, good job. I am not convinced of these bad reviews. I order from Dell to be delivered all over Australia and StarTrack does an amazing good job. On time (even faster than expected) and delivery always well looked after. This is to all places around Australia. Even to me on Sunshine Coast.

This Company delivery services is so bad. Their customer service is unbelievable bad. They find so many different excuses to why they didn't deliver to you and when you try to find out what is going on after waiting over 3 weeks they just tell you to come you a depot 30 mins drive away to collect yourself. never again for me totally unhappy with the service.

Everythings been pretty good for me. The driver's can't win by the sounds. If they leave it and it gets stolen the client woild be upset and they are upset if it gets sent to warehouse. Tough gig. I wish the driver's would just call if they were running late though

First time ever leaving review, but this company has wasted so much of my time already that I figure it would not hurt wasting a bit more of my time writing a review. I agree with most of the other comments that the company’s services are horrible. This is the third day this week I have tried to organise an item to be picked up. I have called the company twice to ensure that all of my contact details are correct and that the driver has been informed to call me on arrival so I can give them the package. Each day I hear nothing from them and receive an email at the end of the day saying the pickup was unsuccessful. Ridiculous! I recommend avoiding this company if possible.

Told that my parcel has been lost by the Yandina depot. The man at the desk made a big mistake by saying that my treasure was lost and I should reorder it from the sender at my expense. BIG MISTAKE STARTRACK.

Not even my delivery! They should get ZERO stars. I live in a small hinterland community that no delivery driver likes to come to. In saying that, I arrived home to find 2 parcels on my doorstep that aren't mine. The items' address didn't even have my street name and Google Maps would have shown them they were in the wrong place, I mean really who can confuse Railway and Edward. I think these delivery drivers might need reading lessons. I contacted the consigning company and they will be chasing it up with Startrack. Feel sorry for the people who are waiting on their delivery.

Not as awful as google made it seem. Wasn’t home for the delivery, so had to pick parcel up from Yandina. Was a bit difficult to find at first but once you’ve spotted the sign it’s easy. Staff weren’t overly friendly but quick and efficient. Not the best, not the worst..

Why would you attempt to deliver a parcel, then instead of taking it to the local post office you take it back to your depot 40mins away for me to collect…. How are people supposed to do this when they work full time jobs. Your website thinks my tracking number doesn’t exist. Even if I could re schedule, I won’t be home when you need a signature to leave. Yep how good. Thanks alot.

I had a 45 kg item sent by DHL from the USA the cost there of $22000.00. This item was left outside in the rain. The personnel are difficult arrogant to the point of being belligerent with the public, when showing old mate, the electronic documents , he could not find the connote number, I had to move over his 1.5 meter secure area to show old mate the number, this was meet with disapproval as I had to encroach on his holy 1.5 meter space. Recommendation re training in being approachable and in customer service . Old mate with the earing in your ear get a life or a job that does not involve working with the public! When a client tries to help you do not become obstructive! This item lay outside for two days, I was forced to collect the item due to the lack of service this company offer and to be treated as if I have leprosy because I have a different accent is disgusting.

Useless, hate that companies used this service to deliver their products. On numerous separate occasions, they say my parcel is onboard and will be delivered today, so I waste a whole day waiting for the thing to arrive to sign for it, and it never arrive on the day they say it's coming. So I now have to wait, possibly after the weekend and then waste another day waiting for the parcel. Terrible service! But companies aren't going to change so cant do anything about it!

This company is utterly infuriating. The delivery driver in our area can never be bothered coming to the door. He just shoves a card in our letterbox every time and we have to go and pick up from their depot. You can't call them, you can't get anything resolved. These people don't deserve the Auspost contract.

This was a "signature on delivery required" i was home all day and my sercurity cameras never seen anyone knock on the front door, absolutley pathetic excuse for a courea company. I have let the pharmaceutical company know not to use them anymore. Stay away and dont use thease lazy clowns

Delivery driver left note to collect from Yandina, travelled to Yandina to collect, to be told they have transferred it elsewhere with no ability to track where and when to collect or the next step... poor communication and lack of ability to assist. Now left with no parcel and a waiting game... I suggest calling Yandina before travelling there. Poor customer service and no desire to assist customers and/or solve the issue.

Same, same. Been receiving deliveries from a business for 15 years without having t sign. Driver didn't adhere to delivery note and wouldn't leave parcel without signature. Waiting for medical supplies for 2 days. No tracking info since pickup. What's the point of a tracking system?

Bought dream PC, all components of consignment arrive at local depot after roughly 300km trip. Suddenly next day one box has left the depot and is now 2000km away. Next day has moved to roughly the next suburb still 2000km away. Cant find out which box has done the trip so cannot accept any considering they have now been treated to the equivalent of a trip across Australia. When I rang them they said its because of covid-19. Unfortunately this is a relevant excuse for some and a convenient one for others. Ineptitude continues.

Arranged a pick up, the driver never came. Call Centre was very unhelpful, couldn't contact driver - all they could do was arrange another pick up. We stayed in all day waiting and now we need to wait a second day. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service and unreliable. I was told I was to get an important delivery on a Friday, only for it to never arrive. I wait the weekend, with no update on tracking, and they attempt to deliver the package on Monday, when I had to go to work. I redirect it to be delivered on a Tuesday, only to get a call from a private number telling me my parcel "was forgotten" at the depot, and that I had to go pick it up

I have had many deliveries from Star Track over the years, but when the tracking says the items have arrived at Yandina you shudder because they are so slow for delivery from then, Example goods arrive Brisbane, that night transferred to Yandina, 3 days later delivery. They need to take the word express out of their name. (Pity I can't give no stars)

I live on the 4th floor of an apartment building in Caloundra with no lift so it is quite a trek to get to our place and the courier from star track always comes up to deliver our parcels. No other courier company bothers to do this and just leave a card in our letter box. I commend the delivery driver who makes the effort. Good service Star Track.

Would not let me book pick up of parcel online. Would not redirect at all. Took 4 days to get pick up address and opening hours. No pick up available on weekends or after hours. Took over 4 weeks to get item. Pick up depot requires 80 km return journey and time off work. What an absolute mess.

Lazy, lazy driver!! Disgusting service!!!!! I cancelled appointments to wait for the parcel to arrive. I can see onto the street. Checked mailbox 2PM ... nothing in letterbox. At 2.23pm received txt for me to collect at Forest Glen Post Office. Card dropped into letterbox .... did not deliver parcel. Obvious that I am home!!!
