Zero rating for this hopeless Company. Never use them, they don't care. They lost my order and didn't even bother to advise. Still missing in action and its approaching 2 months. Thinking of using Hunter Express? ...run......to avoid disappointment. I rang them several times. All they could do was put energy into why they have delivery issues. Not my problem. Deal with their own problems and sort it out. I am appalled by their level of laziness, lack of customer service, and utter disregard for the importance of timely freight delivery. First and foremost, their laziness was evident right from the beginning. When I called their customer service hotline to inquire about my package, I was met with disinterest and apathy. It seemed like the representative couldn't care less about my concerns, and I had to repeat my tracking number multiple times as they seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than addressing my issue. Moving on to their customer service, or rather the lack thereof, it was a total disaster. I attempted to communicate my urgent need for the package, but it fell on deaf ears. Emails and follow-up calls were met with silence, leaving me feeling completely ignored and disregarded as a customer. It's astonishing how a company can survive in this competitive industry with such abysmal customer care. The most infuriating aspect of my experience with Hunter Express Couriers was their terrible freight times. Despite paying for an expedited shipping option, my package seemed to be on a never-ending vacation in their warehouse. Tracking updates were sporadic, leaving me clueless about the whereabouts of my shipment for days on end. It's like they have no sense of urgency or respect for their customers' time. Lastly, and perhaps most disappointingly, it was evident that Hunter Express Couriers had no care for the responsibility they hold. My package arrived damaged previously, with no indication of any attempt to handle it with care. The contents were clearly mishandled, and there was no sign of remorse or willingness to rectify the situation when I reached out to them about the damage. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Hunter Express Couriers for any shipping needs. Their laziness, lack of customer service, and disregard for timely deliveries are simply unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable and customer-centric courier service.

How is this a safe place to leave a package!? Sent them multiple emails telling them to at least leave it laying down in my parking spot (which they would have driven by) since their website said "no pick up points or depot... Don't run a freight company if you can't do it right! I gave no authority for my delivery to be left!

Parcel as their processing facility since 17/7 and it was supposed to be delivered on 18/7. It’s 24/7 and still no sign of it. Never buy from Amart furniture online they use Hunter express for delivery and these folks are hopeless . Hunter Express , keep it up folks. No wonder they have got 1 start rating.

ALL ONE STAR FOR A REASON. RUBBISH! Booked to pickup a set of BOXED alloy wheels with no tyres brand new. Sealed up perfectly which follows the instructions provided. Friday, date of pickup. Driver writes the package contains dangerous goods (oil/fuel/car parts etc) sends photo of a main road near my address but not of the package. Driver never came (checked security video). Rebooked again finally collected and then was charged a futile pickup of $50??? When the driver didn’t even show up to my house and lied saying it was dangerous goods (by looking at the item description saying car parts I’d guess ) was obviously late that day and wanted a way out early. Would’ve been fine with it if they’d just delivered it and not charged me for THEIR mistake! Absolutely terrible. Couriers please does a better job and that should tell you something….

Unsure how this company is still in business reading the amount of reviews where they have “lost” an item. I ordered a rug online, it never showed up, contacted the business the rug was bought from, they contacted Hunter Express to which they responded that they’d lost the rug. To hunter express: I hope your house looks lovely filled with all of these missing items 🤣 Edit: I ordered a replacement rug and they’ve lost it, again 😂

A company so dodgy that they have removed all previous 1 star reviews from Google. How this delivery service still operates today is beyond my understanding. Twice I have had packages never turn up and simply go missing. I now have to ask suppliers what shipping company they go with to ensure that I avoid Hunter Express at any and all costs. They have no drive to improve their services, listen to feedback or make any effort to engage with customers whatsoever. If you are reading this and Hunter Express have your package then I am sorry for your loss.

I had a bed frame out for delivery today and the driver decided to leave it at my letterbox on the main road instead of driving it to my door when my letterbox is roughly 100 metres from my door. I can’t lift a 50kg item on my own let alone carry it for 100 metres so had to organise for a friend to come to my house with a Ute and help me. I’ve been ordering furniture here for months and never had a driver do this. Horrible service.

Online tracking says it's at their depot (been sitting there for weeks), yet Amart says the item hasn't even been picked up yet. This is gobsmackingly fraudulent behaviour. I'm genuinely amazed at how Hunter Express are still in business.

Company can not be contacted by phone, doesnt react to emails. Still waiting for redelivery. would not recommend at all

Complete lack of customer service and staff with no knowledge or care of how they operate. My large delivery has been in the depot for over 2 weeks. Multiple phone calls required to "flag it" for delivery. Not the first time that this level of terrible service has been received from this company and not sure why any company would willingly use them to deliver their items. AVOID them if you are a company looking to use a courier to your customers.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Probably the worst courier service out there, first off my order was late and then on the day of delivery the driver probably couldn’t find my unit so just dropped off my parcel to a random unit in the complex and left it in the rain and fully soaked. I had to go and find my package as they don’t have any contact details on their website so had to search for it on google. I had to bring it back myself and it weighed about 50kgs and was pretty expensive. Absolutely disappointed, no one should do business with these guys.

Really the worst service I ever had from a courier company. Very poor communication, and the list goes on. We had to deliver a parcel and drove for an hour, because Hunter did not collect. Then ordered another product, but were still waiting 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. We have to organise people to be at drop off, but it is impossible to get an answer. And to top it all, the tracking system is really difficult to understand.

We received a consignment number on 1.05 and the item was meant to be delivered on 9.05. I've contacted them on 11.05 and was advised that the item was never picked up by the courier. The question was, how can they give the tracking number without the item being picked up? Anyways, they found the item on the day I called and more than a week later it has been delivered. After few calls to the company to try to find out where our package is, they couldn't give the answer. Also, you cannot pick the day to get your package delivered. Never ever will deal with that company ever again. Oh, yeah, I'm sorry to the girl on the phone, wasn't trying to be rude to you, was just frustrated about the delivery of our item

Expected delivery at Thursday 2.30 followed on tracking app, then watched the driver drive back and forth with no other order in front of mine as tracking website showed earlier in the day. To then receive notification that the driver “ran out of time” email stated it was prioritised for delivery the following day (Friday) only to see it sit at the depot again. Called on the Monday to find out when it would be delivered to be told it’s been red flagged for immediate delivery. Did not feel confident as they said they would know til 10.30 if it will even be on the truck. What an absolute joke customer service showed no care at all.

Absolutely useless. On the first occasion they attended the wrong building with my package, so it was never delivered. Arranged to have package delivered on another day - spoke with their customer service department and explained that I needed the package delivered within business hours.... it's currently 4.48pm and it's yet to arrive. Called their customer service team again who offered absolutely no help, aside from saying "We'll send the driver a message". Temple and Webster use this delivery service - please stop doing so - they are amateur at best.

I would give them zero stars if I could. No phone number and the contact form won’t send to find out where my package is. This is the second time Hunter Express has been used to send me a parcel. Their tracking does not work and I can’t contact them to find out where it is after three weeks. It was supposed to take 2-3 days. The first time I thought, ok it’s post covid and they are still getting back on their feet, but at least I could contact them. This time, I can’t even find out where the package is or when it will arrive. Worst service. Do not use them! I just have to hope that the package arrives at some point…

I was nervous after reading reviews. However, my package was delivered on time, within the estimated time frame given by the vendor. The application used for tracking is quite old and clunky, which means you don’t have as much insight as you’d like, and it makes it seem like the package won’t arrive until much later than expected. I think with a modernisation of their tracking system, service would improve drastically, and ratings would improve as well. For background information, I purchased a mattress from Lifely. The mattress was picked up in Melbourne and delivered to a Brisbane suburb. All-in-all, I received my item earlier than expected, in good condition, and left in the location I requested in my permission to leave.

Customer service will tell you there is no issue with your parcel even though it is late, idk what “processing at facility” means but it when I try and track my parcel it just jumps between that and “in transit” when it clearly hasn’t left the depot. Just poor service all round, not sure how they are still in business

Only 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. This is the WORST delivery company I have ever experienced. They lost the first 2 items, so my supplier re-sent them to me. They then lost item 1 of 2, and only delivered item 2 of 2. Not only that, we had just had 350m2 of fresh concrete poured that morning so I had explicitly stated for the driver to leave the delivery on the driveway and not to walk on the freshly poured concrete (you would think this would have been glaringly obvious) but he tracked dirt and wet concrete all across the driveway. Not I have to chase to find out what has happened to the other parcel but there isn't an email, phone number or way to lodge the partial delivery. I will NEVER opt to use these muppets again

Terrible experience thus far. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I ordered my item and it hasn’t arrived despite initially saying 1-3 business days. I called the Monday to make sure they had the right address and was told they didn’t but that the lady changed it then. Then I was told it would arrive by Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to see what time I should expect it then got told it wasn’t on that truckload so it would be there before Friday. Friday comes so I call and ask when I should expect my package- the lady was VERY rude to me on the phone and wouldn’t admit that they failed to put in my correct address but kept diverting and saying it would arrive Monday definitely. Today is Tuesday, the day after the “definite” day of arrival and I have called again asking where my package is, to be told that it would be arriving “between Tuesday and Thursday”. The lady was also initially very rude but eventually was reasonably decent after about 5 minutes of back and forth. I have worked with couriers a lot before in my roles but this is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a company, no doubt. Also, apparently the customer service team has no manager or supervisor, according to them.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Twice recently I watched my items arrive in depot to just sit there, 7 days first time and 5 days second time. They never attempted to deliver on two occasions. After watching it sit in the local depot for 7 days I had to ring twice to get my delivery esculated, even then it took 2 more days. Second time after 5 days I had to ring once then wait 2 more days. Will no longer buy from companies using Hunter Express for deliveries.

Doesn't leave a card, doesn't redeliver on the date specified, notifies you it's on it's way out for delivery one minute.....few minutes later it's back at depot. Why any company would use these incompetent idiots is beyond me.

purchased from Super Amart over a week ago, was told 2 -5 day for delivery. my bed has been sitting in a truck 30 mins away for over a week now and no way to contact Hunter direct!! now go to check up on my order and my delivery time has been pushed out again with no email or notice of the delay. Not happy and will be contacting Super Amart and letting them know. I could of picked up in my lunch break, though the idea of free delivery was too good to pass, won't be making that mistake again with either Super Amart or Hunter Express, Very poor service!!!!!

Never had such a bad experience with a courier before. Order out for delivery on the Tuesday and instead of it being delivered the driver comes to my area and then turns around and goes back to the depot (out of time apparently). What is the point of requesting for a delivery day when they don’t show. Sick of sitting at home waiting for it to arrive. You can request authority to leave but honestly I’ve lost all hope with this company that they’ll even follow those instructions and you’ll be waiting another week. Highly disappointed. Staff are no help and tell you to wait until 10:30 to see if it will be out for delivery. Avoiding any businesses that work with this company.

Would rate 0 star if possible. Over three days advised held up. Receive a message by email... lucky to just happen to look at email out for delivery at almost 10am. Asked to leave message re drop off ... asked for 40 mins ... get a call at midday... advising he was there ... asked driver why re didn't receive adnavce notice had "issues" with phone reception - in Broadbeach ??? Advised 20 mins away... I can't wait ... Left 60kgs outside apartment building DO NOT USE this company ... and @MYER ... the fact you use this company ??? You need to reevaluate. I won't order from Myer again because of the company you choose to work with.

ordered item for 5 day delivery - 6 weeks ago. it never came - despite tracking texts saying it was here there and everywhere. temple and webster 1 week ago ordered me another replacement item - its been sitting in the transport depot for 4 days, already no movement. don't use this company - and buying anything form temple and webster could result in the massively time consuming job of tracing your lost items
