Would rather flag packages as "attempted delivery" than actually even try to delivery them. Frequently takes things to the post office when I'm at home all day, delaying important packages by a day for absolutely no reason other than sheer laziness. Absolutely trash at delivery, so I'm not sure what they actually do other than a package delay service.

Even when they do attempt to deliver something they seem to get it wrong - most recently managed to "deliver" a package to the entirely wrong building. Avoid like the plague.

Nothing has happened with my delivery for 4 weeks SINCE the delivery date! Customer service hasnāt replied to a single email since the first one, and on calling they just say they are āwaiting for informationā. Absolutely useless. Donāt ship things through here.

Really bad service, if youāre not home to receive your package it gets returned to the sender. No taking to a local depot, leaving with neighbour etc. No option to re-deliver or leave at local depot for collection. Then you have to go back to the sender and ask them to re-send, what a faff! Considering youāre owned by Australia Post maybe you should make use of some of Austpostās processes and post office locations?? That would make sense right??

I paid an extra $30 dollars for express shipping, and my estimated delivery time was between 5pm-9pm. Then at 10:31 a delivery driver DID NOT DROP OFF MY PARCEL or leave a card for collection, instead the package was returned to the sender, so my overnight shipping is currently on day 4 and gone back to where it came from in Melbourne. Worst service ever, rude customer service on the phone and there is currently a StarTrack van outside with the driver SLEEPING!

Drivers get given to many deliveries - so don't even bother getting out of their vans. Just drive along the street so that they don't get into trouble when they get complaints. Save yourself some hassle - don't use StarTrack.

I have had goods delivered within 1-2 days (express postage) interstate. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, and buzzed them up, but they didnāt come upstairs. We meet them at the security door and had to carry our goods back upstairs. Didnāt expect this, but overall, speed of delivery is good.

I live in a unit block. I told him to give me a few minutes to catch the lift and the courier decides to leave my parcel on top of the letterboxes which anyone could have taken my parcel. Disgusting service and no complaint service other than emailing them. Worst service

Left a paper "we missed you" when 3 of us were at home so they definitely did not ring. For another parcel, "arriving today" that never came that day and when you try to call them using the number they give you nobody picks up.

Express delivery company does far worth job than regular aussie post.. Never use this delivery service, they are bunch of lairs that make up all kind of lies to cover their lazy driver whom does not stop by if he/she could find the build entrance or the parking spot. Contact them try to solve the issue, they will put you on hold for 4 different times and come back to the same answer āthere is nothing we can doā.

My disdain for Startrack Express is beyond words. On too many occasions consignments have been delayed or damaged. One was even lost for a period of several weeks, turning up eventually on an unattended loading dock nowhere near the origin or destination. The latest issue is they collected a 63kg consignment from my supplier, then decided it was too heavy to deliver without putting on a tailgate lifter for an additional $190 charge. The parcel ALWAYS weighed this much. So why wasn't the issue flagged prior to collection? It's not like it suddenly got heavier! Now the item has been stuck in their Minchinbury depot for 6 days and I'm left apologising to my clients for its absence. Despite several calls from Startrack to me and the sender, nothing has happened to resolve the situation. Moreover on every call the Startrack rep cannot find any record of previous communications. The Startrack "system" is utterly broken, the internal communication is non-existent, and the drivers frequently don't care about delivering the goods on time or intact.

It looks like they are not able to read addresses. They managed to fail delivery for 3 consecutive days. Obviously no calls prior arrival, nor follow up calls after. Whatās the point to leave your mobile number if those monkeys cannot even call back?

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Delivery agents too lazy to walk up five stairs to deliver a "sign for" package to your door instead dropping an attempted delivery notice into the mail box (for multiple apartments whilst I watched) then dropping all packages to the local post store, meaning customers having to go out of their way to pick up parcels for a paid premium delivery service!

The sender is now dealing with them and I hope they decide to use a different courier company going forward. DO NOT recommend

You will loose your customers or get bad reviews if you choose this courier. My story is: Notification was provided that my order will arrive on a certain day but i waited all day and no-one came; no card left behind. Second delivery attempted when i called to complain, and i requested them to deliver on a certain day because I am not available. They said yes multiple time and confirmed with notification but again, waited another full day and no-one came. Called them up and they realise the guy doesn't do delivery on that day! Wish they had some sort of notification beforehand instead of wasting my time. Then the courier suddenly came on a day which i specifically mentioned I will not be available! I only got a message the parcel has been dropped off. Didn't even give me a pick-up address. Had to call the courier multiple times to get the pick-up address and he even sent me the wrong address at first. No matter how cheap, this service is unacceptable.

If you miss a delivery, you won't be able to arrange a date for redelivery on the Startrack website. If the parcel was "returned to the depot" and you choose to pick up the parcel from "the depot", which depot? There are three Startrack depots in Sydney. You won't be able to find out which depot by ringing the Startrack phone number. I was eventually able to make phone contact with Startrack. A pleasant young woman was able to arrange redielivery for me on the day that the website wouldn't let me choose. She was also able to inform me about the location of "the depot" which is at Minchinbury, too far for me to pick up the parcel.

Premium next day delivery paid, the courier doesn't even try to deliver, reports Failed Delivery, address error (even though they deliver regularly to the address). Call to organise redelivery, it has to be 2 working days later. On that day no sign of delivery. Useless company.

I had a parcel ordered on Thursday morning and to be delivered between 1pm - 5pm the following day (a special occassion - a surprise gift). The courier arrived/called a little bit after 6pm when there was noone else in the office. Very disappointed in this service. The whole point in paying for extra postage is to ensure that the parcel is delivered on time and not outside the time frame of the preferred delivery. This company continues to disappoint! You charge for "Express Delivery" and you do not deliver! You are robbing your customers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COURIER SERVICE.

The āsorry, we missed youā note said they would hold the parcel for 10 business days. I called after six days to pick up from depot and it was gone. The Aus Postās StarTrack is worse than Kabulās postal service. I know because I used to work there and did a story about the postmen.
