This service is an absolute joke. I had a parcel that said was out for delivery and then just didn't get dropped off. Nothing was said called the next morning the person I spoke to had no idea what was going on. Still heard nothing about the package and still saying out for delivery. Called back in the afternoon was told that someone tried to drop it off but no one was home and there would be a card left in the letterbox (someone was home all day and nothing left in the mail box) now it's Monday and I'm waiting on a small so I can go and collect my parcel myself because I'm sick of them screwing me around

They are pathetic, just avoid them at any cost if possible. Collecting parcel from them or organising redelivery is a absolute nightmare

One of the worst experiences in terms of package delivery. According to the company that sent my order, it arrived last Wednesday, The package arrived at Arundel on Monday and the whole week pass and was not delivered. I had to take the time to call and ask to be picked up on my own. When I arrive to pick it up, the lady who attends was somewhat rude, she did not understand my complaint, she simply asked for my order number, the package was delivered in a bad way and without an apology. Not recommended at all.

Absolutely disgraceful called up to see where my package was, as it was ment to be delivered on Friday 2nd September ( payed for that delivery date) and they said. It's not their problem and they can't do anything about it. I gave my tracking number. Swear the people who work for Toll have no idea how to do their job.I want my package! I have informed the place I made the order with. Toll would have to be the worsed people to deal with. Lazy and incompetent.

I don’t usually leave a bad review and didn’t know how bad toll is, until I read all the bad reviews and I have experienced similar. No card the first delivery. 2-3 weeks later attempts a delivery and left a card The parcel is in the depot but I CANT collect it because I don’t have the confirmation sms. - they told me the parcel needs to be in isolation for 24-48 hours but if I opt for delivery, they can send it the next business day. They got the wrong phone number and email address despite me filling up an online form for me to collect the parcel. They can’t check if they have sent it to the wrong phone number because they can only communicate with each other through a system. Atrocious service, system and I will specify to any online order never to use their service.

THEY DO NOT DELIVER I got a message saying it was delivering two weeks ago but apparently the driver ran into a timing issue and couldnt deliver it so I had to call them twice to confirm when they would actually deliver it because it had been 6 days since. The caller was automated and instead of a call, they sent me to chat via message instead. I had to make multiple follow up calls just to make sure they still had my package. When they tried to deliver, no one was home so they took it all the way to this Depot instead of the nearest collection so I had to go out of my way to collect it, which is 30 minutes from where I live. They marked the wrong location on my card so I couldn’t track my parcel and had to call again. So for something that I literally paid shipping for, they did not deliver and made me get out of my way to pick it up myself. I think I memorised my enquiry number from calling so many times. They need to come up with a better system.

Pity you can't give zero stars, because TOLL deserves it. I paid premium road express for parcels from Clontarf Brisbane to Tweed Heads.. An hour and bit's drive. Took 2 weeks. No answer on phone lines, local depot number permanently off the hook, took 5 days to respond to my email enquiry (only after delivery) . Parcels sat in Gold Coast depot for 7 days, and I couldn't even pick them up myself because I couldn't contact anyone. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Found a "sorry we missed you" card in my letter box dated a full 24 hours prior. My gate was closed but not locked, no attempt to make phone or other contact. Rang their number, spoke to overseas Asian who promised delivery next day between 8.00am and 5.00pm, no delivery again, no phone call, had kept gate open all day, tried toll website parcel tracking and repeatedly told the consignment note number written on card not recognised. Rang Toll again only to speak to another Asian of whom I could not understand a word. Being Friday I must now wait until Monday to try again, that's six days for an overnight delivery and yet to be delivered, maybe !!!. Good old Aussie service !!!

So I don't usually do this but I have to say I am extremely disappointed with Toll. Been waiting on package to be delivered, but couldn't deliver as there system changed my address. Spoke to there customer service and absolute waste of time as I kept being transferred over and over. Then after all the troubles I was then told I have to go pick it up as they won't deliver it.

TOLL NEVER DELIVER, I have never receive a missed card or an intercom call where I WFH all the time. Please note if you take your parcel yourself, THEY EARN MONEY BY DOING NOTHING.

They rang my apartment number. I opened the door using the intercom which obviously means that I’m home. I got down stairs in less than 1 minute and the guy left me a card…. I think he expected me to teleport downstairs within 0.0001 sec. I literally watched the guy walk back into the van with my stuff. Tried to yell and wave him down but nope. Also the card they left is useless. Doesn’t tell you where or when to collect the parcel.

Appalling. Young tattoed female didn't bother to look at my address before delivering to unit next door. When I asked her if the packages were for ( my surname) she said...rudely...No they're for Coral. This company is just appalling. She then abused me and said they would never deliver to me again so not to order through her...which I didn't do in the first place.! I am 76 years old, I don't need abuse from incompetent people
