Terrible service. Three times a row, I have waited for a parcel and they just throw something in your letter box and don’t even knock on the door, even though you have waited all day for them at home and then you have to collect from another location. Lazy drivers.

Hopeless. Not sure why companies still use them. Have been waiting for my company laptop for 3 days which means 3 days of lost pay. Courier left a card and did not ring my bell even though I was at home all day. No SMS tracking or any updates. Used their webchat, assured me courier would deliver the next day. Spent all day waiting with no delivery. Called their overseas call centre and learnt package was still sitting at the depot. No reason given. Asked address of depot in order to collect in person. All they could give me was the suburb and it may take another 2-3 days to get the approval to collect in person from the depot!!! Realised they can't pick up the phone as they are overseas and have to communicate with the depot via email!!!. I can only hope I can collect in person as no guarantees that I can and no guarantees if the courier can also deliver after the weekend. Awful service and equally bad customer service. Use another courier service to avoid this nonsense.

Damaged $10,000 of car parts sent up, they claimed it was their fault for mishandling the crate and thinking it was rubbish which resulted in breaking the box but they have still not done anything to fix it. The number i called refused to give me their managers number so i can escalate the situation, got told they will call me back and still havnt . The only option i got given was to return my parts to the seller with no compensation.

I have been in the phone with this company for 3 days already tracking down my package that says it’s up for delivery every single day but never arrives, when I call the say “oh actually it wasn’t in route for delivery” what a joke! Also, can’t pick it up because you have to book first? A next day delivery has become a week!

Online delivery from jb hifi. First delivery attempt Wednesday rang doorbell by the time daughter got to gate had already left. Can see by camera footage it wasn't long at all. Thursday same thing though can see driver drive past as daughter stood out front of open front gate... Thursday arv tried to organise pickup from drop box at ormeau 7 11 apparantly. All we be good by 2pm. Rang at about 1 to enquire about code we need for box to get package which is a Christmas present. That service at ormeau 7 11 option is closed and has gone back to depot at Ashmore. Im thinking the has got yo be a joke??? Serious? Now 2.45pm Friday two calls this morning still no idea when I'll be able to pickup from Ashmore... its Christmas eve if I don't get it today I'm not getting it . Call for help and they just don't care. Can't tell me when I can pickup.. nothing!! Horrible service.

Don't know if other people were having a bad day. I have used this company once to freight a large fuel tank from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and they were brilliant. Price was excellent as well. Driver was great. Support staff were great. I have recently got a quote from them for other work and their price was more than competitive, about half another price. Seriously, give these people a go.

Toll drivers appear to be mixed up. I was home all day and no one rang the bell or left a card yet their system showed a missed delivery which was carded and the item returned to their depot. The driver definitely gets a zero for effort.

Absolutely pathetic service. They lose parcels before delivery even though a delivery on board SMS is sent and then when they re-deliver they don't bother knocking and leave a 'sorry we missed you card.' Now I have to drive 25 mins to the depo after taking time off work to fix your below par service. Never will I use toll again!

Always pretty slow to deliver compared to other couriers in my experience e.g tracking says they have the parcel but it's not for delivery until the next day. Never been asked for ID on collection and everyone is a bit disinterested e.g. you can stand at the counter unacknowledged for quite a while before any enquiry is made. Having said that they probably get a high volume of commercial work.

Absolutely. Hopeless service My perishables have been sitting in their depot for two days (lobsters) from Tasmania ????????????. Tracking advice advised truck loaded at 7.30 am this morning ( mind you day two) but still no parcel. Half the day has gone????????? We live approx 6klms from their depot. . Been trying to contact them but guess what ?????? They won't answer their calls ONCE BITTEN..........TWICE .........SHY. TOLL. YOU ARE. HOPELESS DON'T. SCREAM WHEN. YOU GO DOWN THE TUBE.

The recent service we received from Toll was disgraceful. Tried to get redirected the next day but because of daylight saving, I missed the cut off time. They didnt go out their way to assist and in the end we did their job by collecting the parcel. What a joke.
