Totally useless , lied to several times by overseas phone staff , Impossible to get an answer on location of parcel , 6 days for a package to travel from Sydney to Newcastle

Staff were friendly and helpful, answering all questions with detailed explanations concerning the steps I needed to take to complete my business with them. The venue would benefit from a more obvious entrance/office front (experience based on handing them a package in person for delivery).

Reject any product or service that involves them. Else be prepared for the entire cost of the item and delivery to be wasted and your time chasing them as well. (EDIT: Seemingly the issues were very much due to their CENTRAL phone support, not necessarily the local branch!)

Terrible service,they don't deliver and don't notify you that you have a package in their depo. It's just chucked in a corner and left there till you come looking for it

A parcel that should have taken 3 days to deliver, took 15. Tracked to local warehouse but blame was constantly shifted, it was delivered the next day once they found out it was insured and I was going to put in a claim.
