I’m confused isn’t this place a courier company that delivers your packages to your front door but why did I have to pick up my office works order from 30min away so I’m doing the job they get paid to be do so the customer is the employee now so I’ll send through an invoice for the fuel bill tolls ect so I can get compensated for the delivery to my own front door. your good toll fast your good getting paid for not doing your job 👎👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩

Worst service ever. Had piece of furniture coming since Monday. No tracking info provided. Chased it up on Wednesday and was told Toll Had it. Spoke to person at Toll after beginning transferred 3 times on Thursday. She confirmed it wasn't on truck but would be Friday or definitely delivered by Saturday. I cancelled a weekend away because of delivery. Now it's Saturday and Toll have just advised its not even allocated for delivery yet and won't be till next week now. Really not good enough Toll

Worst delivery experience ever. Made no attempt to deliver to house, repeatedly left at locker despite paying for and needing delivery to house. Had to return product to supplier and get a refund is how bad their service is. Avoid at all costs
