Just witnessed one of their drivers with a fuel pod on the back speed out from the Puma servo southside of rocky om the 13/12/22 at 12pm while cutting off myself and a car infront of us, trying to get back onto the busy highway... complete disregard for the users already on the highway.

Package has sat at Gladrock transport for 8days no communication about the the package arrival. Have spent two days on phone with TNT only to be informed that Im not in their delivery area.I think TNT needs to find another company from reading many reviews on this page I thought a delivery company was meant to deliver things.

I live in Calliope and Gladrock refuse to deliver out here, same with many other localities. Pay for delivery then have to drive the 1.5 hour round trip to pick up. Other courier companies deliver without drama.

I had three deliveries one week apart on arrival. All three times I was forced to pickup from the depot. I even called for the final delivery to be redirected and I missed them again. It must be too hard to knock on the door. It's worse than Toll or Post, at least you're given the option for your delivery to be left in a safe place. Annoying when the depot is 40 minutes away and you've paid the delivery fee.

Ordered a package to be delivered from Sydney to Rockhampton. It arrived at the Gladrock depot in Rockhampton Tuesday/Wednesday. I called on Friday to ask when it will be delivered. I was told same day. I recalled the following Monday. Was told that we could book you in for a delivery on maybe Wednesday. I live 4.7km from the depot. Not sure why it would take 7working days excluding the weekend to deliver a small package 4.7km down the road. I was forced instead to go to the depot to retrieve my package and organise transport myself. The ladies working reception were pleasant and able to help me. However, when a package takes Sydney to rocky 3 days. Rocky to 4.7km away 7 days I am left to believe that they did not care for my custom.

Second time I have had dealings with this company, both times I have had to go to the depot in Rockhampton with my trailer and vehicle to collect these items as they were unable to give me a date for delivery since I live 20 minutes from their depot. Both times I have paid a delivery fee for my items to be delivered to my home not their depot.

21.9.18 I have an standing authority to leave! My parcels are repetitively not dropped at my address and I've been carded, called to complain many times and it still happens!! I am angry, frustrated and would never use them for personal deliveries Poor experience. I have a standing authority to leave and keep getting carded. Have called and complained to have the next delivery exactly the same.
